If the balance in wallet is changed you cant just go and payout without doing it manually, which can happen when there is a fork.

They gave a solution, live with it.

A couple SQL statements, audit, and it will all work out. I have run pools, I know how it works. Their solution will allow them to keep coins that aren't theirs.

Whatever, this just like arguing with children, haha. I give up. Smiley

Well, we run a lot of pools and we do know how it works too. Believe us, the solution is not always that easy and simple. Manual withdrawals will ensure that all miners get what they actually did mine and we have this information readily available in the pool.

We did not remove the pool, we just shut down the payouts and the manual payouts will be a much faster way for those who still have coins to get them.

Quite frankly, your innuendos are ridiculous and it is not like we are running away and hiding, we are here as you can see for yourself...

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO MINERS OF SHIBE

Pool is closed for withdrawals due to technical problems following the latest fork. If you did not withdraw your coins before we closed the pool you can still get your coins. Drop us a PM here and we will help you! Be sure to include your users name, e-mail and wallet address in your message.

the current block is 5600, we are stuck on that block - this block will solve soonish and everything will be resolved. update your walltes, delete the addnodes that you used and use the fixes we have posted in the OP

Indeed block 5600, i had to delete everything except my wallet and the exe. After it synced in 5 minutes until 5600. 12 connections and still syncing.

my wallet says it has downloaded all 5600 blocks

Sorry but its not in all cases.

lol, name one case. What are they going to do differently when people contact them? You make no sense. Smiley
If coin was forked (and it was many times) - coins in pools database and in wallet will not match because mined blocks not exists in main chain.
It mean you can have, for example, 100 000 for payout in database and 1000 in your wallet balance (mined before fork happened).

how can they resolve this

Find the block where the fork occurred and delete data after that.

If you did read, almost all pools forked yesterday so yes there is absolutely something that could prevent them from just paying out.

Does not matter. All they have to do is update to the current wallet code and pay out all the valid coins still left.

Sorry but its not in all cases.
