To answer your question I would say I never follow any celebrity when it comes to investing in Bitcoin. Investing in Bitcoin is a purely personal matter where I do not follow anyone else's predictions or suggestions. Celebrities often make announcements to hype up Bitcoin and investing according to their announcements will definitely lead to losses rather than gains. Moreover, an ideal investor never invests in Bitcoin by watching others or following a celebrity, rather he invests in Bitcoin by doing his own research and market analysis. An investor does not invest all his capital in bull market according to someone's suggestion but he invests in Dollar Cost Averaging i.e. DCA method where there is definitely a high probability of profit in that investment.
Don't invest your money with following Celebrities....

Of course not. Making Bitcoin investments is something I came to understand properly and like when I joined the forum as well as spent more time here. During my newbies days I had a vague understanding of how Bitcoin investments work mainly because of the wrong and funny explanations made by people like social media influencers out there. I can bet you that although a great deal of people have heard about Bitcoin and it's potential, only a few of them are fully aware of how it works.
In some countries where crypto is regarded illegal by the government, they hardly have celebrities whom make Bitcoin popular by even talking about it publicly. It is even difficult for Bitcoiners in such locations to carry out their crypto related businesses and stuffs at ease.

This Question to me looks like a survey question. well, why would I invest because of celebrity influencer, well if I do this it means I'm not matured in mind to take investment decisions, From what I known in the last couple of years I started investment, and when it comes to investment it's not something you do base on what a celebrity has done, wrong! .Rather Investment, basically investment into Bitcoin is something you don't need someone to do, it should be done base on your knowledge about Bitcoin and if you think it worth risking.

I don't know any celebrities that got involved with Bitcoin in my country since it's illegal according to the central bank and government. I did my own research and decided to invest in Bitcoin. No doubt each celebrity has their own followers, and they are following him or her blindly. So these followers would be inspired by celebrity influence. They could help expand the Bitcoin network when they share about it. So his or her blind followers would start investing. But investors must also need do research. I don't support any blind investment in Bitcoin. Everyone should know what Bitcoin is and how it works.

I did not come into the Bitcoin space because of any celebrity or influencer. My curiosity brought me here and that the success I have had all these years is what has kept me going. Celebrities do not a sway in my decisions because most of the celebrities promote stuff that they don’t understand. They promote anything as long as they are getting paid, very few of them make research on the stuff they advertise on their platform.

In addition, celebrities have a lot of money so even if they invest without getting research, still they won’t lose all they have. Unlike us who have limited funds only, having research first should always be a must so that we won’t end up with a non-profitable investment but with a good and highly profitable one.

However, as for me, I don’t invest because majority are doing so. But I am investing in bitcoin because I know personally how it will turn in our dreams into reality as long as you do the right thing.

It is a very critical decision to be among those that believe that anything that a celebrity or any influencer did will influence them to join because they will definitely regret their action and they will be used as a source to be scammed. That means anyone engaging in such a lifestyle is definitely at a high threat in life because, apart from scaling, they will also be used to sell out goods that might be harmful to them.

Everyone knows that doing your own research is the best way to join bitcoin because without knowledge in bitcoin, you are of no use because instead of gaining, you will only be losing, and no one will like to be used in life. When it comes to investment it is always wise to DYOR before investing. You shouldn't blindly put your funds in any project because a celebrity endorsed it. Celebrities most times do not research about the projects and all they care about is getting paid for the advert.

Celebrities promote many things in exchange for money which we call influence. they create video content only to show people with no guarantee that they will engage in it. So of course it is important to do your research before investing money in anything. Celebrities are supposed to promote a business or a brand in exchange for money,but it's t advisable to disregard certain preparations and awareness towards a plan or investment choice such as Bitcoin.Most of the time,these so called influencers don't even utilize and demonstrate whatever they display over the internet for us on themselves.Although,some people are likely to be influenced by all these things and it affects them intentionally in one way or the other.

Recently,most youths or this generation are obsessed and mostly inspired/influenced by celebrities and they try to replicate and copy whatever that they do,which is why celebrities are the ones used to promote a business these days.But whatever happens, it's crucial to always adopt the DYOR syndrome before you attempt anything.I would never accept an offer because my Favorite celebrity is an influencer to the business.

Personally, I would never invest into something just because some celebrity or influencer talked about it because in the majority of cases they have no idea what they are saying and/or promoting, they just care about getting the money. Or is there anyone in here that believes that celebrities who live in a different world from the rest of us actually care about normal people? I can't even stand commercials with celebrities, why should I buy a tv or a beer or get a certain credit card just because an athlete or a singer is promoting it? Guys, think using your own brain, don't live caring about celebrities.

First I'm not excepting such a question.

Yes I know a lot of people are fascinated by the likes of their celebrities but does that really make any sense? Like to jump into something because someone you don't know or know as a result of constant watching in movies or music does advertise or show off his or her achievements via a thing that you don't really have good knowledge about. It's more like looking in to a river and decided to jump in then to realise that it's more deep than expected.

Although one way or the other it's good to try out things whether you know them or not but buying bitcoin or investing in bitcoin when you don't really know about it is only going to end up putting the person in a hot soup as when it's volatile nature shows up it will seem like the world is over for such person.
All I say is it's best to research and find out how things work before putting a dime into it instead of trying and then regret your actions.

I've come across someone who comes from a family where tattoo is not tolerated but because of his love for a certain artist he had to tattoo his skin now such person could decide to invest in Bitcoin if same celebrity preaches about it. Nevertheless I won't advise anyone to invest in Bitcoin or any other Cryptocurrency without a proper knowledge about it, cause I things go wrong those influencers won't be there to console you.

Taking a decision based on your own research is a wise stance. Listen to everyone and do whatever your heart wants. That is, you can convince your heart and mind that it is beneficial for me to do it. But all these stances should be within a principled circle, because acting with trust is not wise but foolish. Educate yourself first, then get experience and then act with your own mind. according to your research take a decision. So if you have chosen the right thing, then indeed you will have profit.

Most of the people sometimes follow people i.e. they follow the research of influencers. It is true that they indicate the right time, but they can also give the wrong informstion which can cause you to lose. So it is not better that you act on your own research, which is the mentality of a wise person.

So it's meant to say that taking a decision based on your own research can lead to a better result for you.

it's always important to do your own research when you want to invest in something and even if a celebrity influenced you to invest in something that they are promoting, you still need to do your own research and understand what they are promoting. sadly a lot of people do not do this and just blindly follow what their idol says and the end result is either they lose their money because they don't know what they are doing or lose their money because it is a scam.

Research has become a necessity prior to investing. Even if most celebrities prefer to invest in that type of investment, still the risk to lose will always be there knowing all investments don’t have guarantees to end up profiting. So don’t just be a copy cat, but do your own diligence to learn. Nope! I wouldnt recommend basing investment choices on celebrities. Just because someones famous doesnt automatically make them an expert on finances or Bitcoin and celebrities often get paid to promote products or services, but that doesnt mean they actually use or even understand what they are endorsing.

It is best to think critically and do your own thorough research before investing money into anything. Dont just blindly follow a celebritys endorsement or advice without looking into the pros and cons yourself first. They may have different incentives than looking out for your best financial interests.

I think it’s high time we don’t follow celebrities and influencers blindly. Am not the type that do follow celebrities and influencers, before I will do anything, I always make sure I do my research first, because I have seen lots of influencers promoting scam projects. Most of those influencers and so called celebrities only care about themselves, they only care about what’s entering their account even if their fans are losing, they don’t even care to make research about the project they are promoting, if you can pay them well, then they will promote your project for you, they don’t care if people are losing, that’s why I don’t trust them.

I discovered this some time ago that it seems I'm the only one who isn't moved by what celebrities do. I don't even idolize any celebrity. Apart from the footballers I don't even know that names of many celebrities. I wouldn't be surprised if I walk pass many popular musicians in my country. I was in the airport one day and was actually beside one celebrity, I didn't know until some other group of people walked in and started hailing the celebrity. I smiled and told the celebrity that I didn't actually know him and he was a bit surprised.

I have read where some said they started gambling because their favourite celebrity does;
Some pattern their lifestyle, from clothing to the rest to that of their favourite celebrity;
I wouldn't be surprised if some people started investing in BTC because if their favourite celebrity. But it won't easily happen unless it is a Ponzi scheme or a shitcoin which the owners hired a celebrity to promote.

I do not invest because of the influence or encouragement of others - this is purely based on my own will and self-awareness. Investing is a plan I've had since I was a teenager - but I'm sorry to say that at that time I didn't have any income.

Once I had an income - I started planning investments, of course not directly in bitcoin. My first investment was gold and several others which I thought were profitable until I got to know bitcoin. I know there is no story that needs to be told to other people - everyone has a different story about how they got to know Bitcoin and invest in it.

I didn't know about famous people at the stage when I first learned about bitcoin, mainly through some colleagues who worked together in the field of information technology. And through the process of many different challenges it built my belief that bitcoin is bitcoin and it's great.

I know about some influencers in recent years to attract new people and prey on people's greed, but basically it is also a way for people to learn about bitcoin goes through challenging processes so that they also realize bitcoin is great.

No I was already in Bitcoin before those celebrity or famous personalities started promoting crypto currencies, that is why I don't trust them when they promote new coins.
I know they are just being used for publicity, and most of them don't really understand or know about crypto they just got paid for promoting it.
I also feel like those celebrity just got into crypto because of the hype or big news, I don't really think that they would even acknowledge crypto or Bitcoin even if it was introduced to them in it's early stages or years.
