Just an observation, I noticed that the Android wallet on the Digibyte website is an APK download.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to include a link to the Google playstore to download from there or even encourage people to download from there in an effort to help generate more play store reviews.

This is a great idea, we will change that!
If possible, I'd still like there to be a secondary .apk installer option for those of us who can't use the play store or don't want to use the play store. Definitely push the google play link, but don't forget about us either!  Grin

Agreed, my suggestion was to add the link in addition to the .apk download

Any news on other exchanges you guys are planning to work with? I had my 250K DGB on coinmarket.io. That site was down for 15 hours because of security issues. So i really think there is a need for a bigger exchange.

 Shocked
no security issues but investigation of possible security issues - this makes a difference Wink

coinmarket.io is a great exchange. Fast withdraw, deposit and very fast trades

You are right but the main thing is, people comes to coinmarket.io for exchanging dgb, usde, eac but if it we see dgb in other exchange sites like coinex.pw or cryptsy Lots of people will hear about dgb and invest in dgb

I would love to see it hit anywhere from $.15 per to $1.00 or higher.

If any new coin is capable this is definitely the one

so what do you all see as the realistic price point for DGB?
I would love to see it hit anywhere from $.15 per to $1.00 or higher.. I don't know how realistic that may be though.
How many DGB have been made so far? (I'm at work so I can't see block explorers, etc)
looking at various coins on coinmarketcap there are only a few with millions already made that are worth over $.05 per
the majority of the more "valuable" ones are much lower reward coins, with a smaller number of total coins made (anywhere from 200k to 2 or 3 million.

I think things will break out once we hit a bigger exchange, but I'm just wondering what the opinion on the floor value for this coin will be.

what does the current satoshi value (250 ish) equal in usd?

All our hardware components have been ordered, we are in the process of setting up all the servers and our fiber connection. Stay tuned for our return. Estimated somewhere mid - late February.

Good luck! We all need it.

Hi Digibyte! Thanks for the support. The qt file / dll's are working since when I rename my wallet.dat file it works fine and it creates a new wallet for me. But the problem exists when I put in my original (corrupted) wallet.dat. I also tried your rescan and rebuild commands, but no help... Sad

Thanks for all the support though. In the meantime I am starting all over on a new wallet and mining... If anyone want to sell me some DGB for a good price that will be appreciated!
Make sure the file is named "wallet.dat" exactly. Also make sure the new and old ones are not in the same folder at the same time.

I did that, but I am really sure my wallet.dat is corrupted really bad. Since a generated "new" wallet is about 112 KByte, but the one I have is way smaller in filesize Sad No good... I can upload the wallet if one wants to try to fix it, but learned the hard way to make backups at time of installing a new wallet...
Not sure how windows 8.1 goes about it, but doesn't it store automatic backups of the stuff in the APPDATA folders? You could attempt a system recovery to a point where the file was ok, to see if you can get it back that way. It's worth a shot.

It also may be possible to restore to the last system restore point.

Try using a program called ShadowExplorer, it allows you to browse previous file versions, hopefully you can find an old working version.

Goodluck  Wink
