In my opinion, those are both 'false securities'; regulatory oversight cannot protect illicit irreversible transactions (though with hardforks they could, but that would require a huuuuuge (and more likely, near impossible) regulatory on overall), and withdrawal limits can very easily be circumvented/bypassed...

In any case, I most certainly agree to not trust blindly on any exchange, whatever exchange, and/or whatever security/'security' measures they have in place 

^polo is based in Delaware so we good just ride the waves sell some around 500-1000satoshi then the risk is yours profits ;-D

In my opinion, you've got to treat every exchange like the next Cryptsy or Mt Gox, always . . . until there is regulatory oversight, this will continue being the wild, wild west.

With $2,000 daily withdrawal limits, I can only marvel at the risk the so called "whales" run.

One of the main reasons for thorough documentation, starting with release notes, for example.
