@Jarad

My twitter digibyte tips are not being received.  For my latest transactions the status is showing as Unprocessable, Unknown Recipient.  I've been using the following format.

-------------
Here are some free digibyte coins.  Claim them at https://digibytetip.com/
#digibytetip @someone +1000
----------

could it be because i am using extra text in the tweet?  Should I be strictly using the format  #digibytetip @someone +123 ?

cheers,
HCP

You need to be shure that the person you are tipping is signed on digibytetip.com
Tipping a "random" person is not possible at this moment.

Thanks for the quick response.
I've already tweeted the tip, so will they receive the digibytes after they sign up?  or will they have to sign up and then i send the tip?
No they will not receive them.
They first need to sign up and then you can tip/tweet them.

ok, thanks Smiley

I'm not sure if DGB/USD exchange is something that should be used resources on right now. There are many new small exchanges with zero volume already, and many large exchanges where you can deposit FIAT - maybe the efforts would be better spent on getting DGB on one of those exchanges instead.

I think your missing the big picture.
Pieces of the puzzel will connect together when everything is ready.
You will need a exchange.

Think differently
All,

I am little confused. I don't see development status anymore on http://www.digibyte.co/.

For example, DGB/USD exchange which was 80% complete status is missing. Any idea? Or correct me if I am wrong and NOT looking where I am supposed to look on website.

that's weird  Huh

Digibyte could open a store like the Noble Marketplace where you can buy bullions and gift cards.
That would be a real use for DGB. Or we contact Noble dev ROFO and ask if he adds DGB.

I think that's a good idea.

TBH: I cashed some out >100 to buy a new PC, rest is for longterm. Maybe the next PC can be paid with DigiByte?

That will be awesome! Digibyte used to buy at newegg, or opening a second-hand shop or something like
