As we can see now everyone/every developed nation is moving towards digital currency. In your opinion how much time is required for digital currency to take over the current/existing market or it is impossible that digitisation will never be successful. If yes what are those factors ? In my opinion those countries which are not accepting digital currency, are doing wrong. They are only thinking about the tax. They are saying that we will not get any tax and digital currencies are fake. Fraud is very easy in digital world (that is true but it also happen in every market). Although when someone is doing business in digital currency then that person is bringing money to country that is beneficial for the country...
And you think that by most countries accepting Bitcoin that will make it take over everything and being used by everyone, well you think wrong. It can take over, but that will have to be in whatever that has to do with investments and of course we can use it as a payment method, though not all countries approves that. Bitcoin is making success, but I don’t think it will replace the currency we are making use of.

Everything is possible folks, but I think it's too early for that. Still the local currency is more famous than anything else, special in digital currency. Tangible item is matter I think. What do you think folks?
yeah, we cannot tell what the future holds and anything can be possible. Over time, I guess even some countries will switch to blockchain technology and gradually discard the printing of paper currency and in that case, I believe with the way things are generally as people get to adapt easily; it would increase the age of digital currency.

Government own digital currency is apparently going to be centralized which will not make it any different from fiat anyway. Over time, we will get to know how the whole space evolve but like you said, it is still too early to start assuming for the future.

It is not that impossible, but we're currently on hold yet before we can reach the massive adoption that Digital Currency needs around the world. Without this adoption in complement with knowledge, digital currency is pretty much not gonna get its goal at the due.

For some more security purposes, i dont think bitcoin will 100% take over fiat or paper money. The most closer to have is the crypto currency counterpart of countries or rather accepting it as a legal form of currency and have people freedom using it.

The dream of paying for a latte with crypto will have to wait for some time.
We have to focus on micro payments in internet and make crypto worldwide accepted internet currency.
There is a huge list of what can be paid with crypto but the process must be really easy for the end user.

if viewed in terms of investment that many do today can be said that many investors are currently switching to invest in digital form and crypto currency because for now crypto is a very profitable investment form. but to change the existing financial system of fiat as in general of course it will not be easy to do. because until now there are still many from the government who have not been willing to give the policy for several reasons that they say.
But the growth is actually happening slowly in the governments too, they are trying to regulate it which is a good sign that some governments understand the importance of crypto currencies. But we need to adopt to the crypto currrency system not for the crypto investment system which is currently doing by most of the users.

It will take a while for countries to truly embrace digital currency cause they see it as fraud, ponzi scheme and highly volatile which has been said by FUD media and news. That's why most countries fear it because the lack of knowledge. Yes, it is volatile but it's a scam. In my opinion it will take quite some time before countries fully adapt digital currencies especially third worlds.
We all know this thing that all the crypto currencies are making a very good impact in in the international market and amongst the investors too and that things are going in favor of the crypto currencies and that we can really hope that these crypto currencies will take over the regular currencies soon and that at that time, we will be able to see much better world than we are living in now.

there are a good reason not just thinking about what benefit that they can get. obviously they want Something can be controlled tracked easy , so they know all your information  by name, address, phone number all historical transaction would be evidence if something happened. thief, robber, fraud all kind of cyber crime can be easy to detected. that is  the main reason why some country still thinking about accepting kind of digital currency as their national currency. there is also another reason such as ordinary people not really understand the ways of digital currency they more likely the old ways is better than modern ways. i mean Real Money or something real to trade.

Many traditional things has been vanished by the digital technology then why not you can see the crypto currency will be take over the fist currency. Possibly we may find the cryptos to occupy the name as national currency in some years.
I expect cryptos will replace the fiat cash usage in 2025 for sure mate.
Already Japan accepted btc as a legal currency and now Russia waiting to implement it as legal money to use there.

debit cards / credit cards / atm, can be considered as digital currency but using fiat as a medium for exchange.. this type of transaction are very rampant to any country of the world and their nothing to take over with that.. this is widely acceptable in any establishment, corporation, company and even goverment itself. NOW, if you are talking crypto currency with coin as his representation to take over the existing system of every country.. thats is imposible to happen right now. given the volatilty of the coin its risk is big.

I don’t really get what you mean by debit and credit cards can be considered as a cryptocurrency, dude do you even know what you’re talking about here? Like seriously, how can you be saying that the use of debit card and credit card should be considered as cryptocurrencies, tell me, is there anything that has to do with cryptocurrencies and debit /credit cards!?

Well as you know it will be a great step to overtake fiat money as fiat money has been using since very old by people to replacing it would surely be very huge step so I think something huge take time to happen and waiting for it to be done is not a big deal at all, I really want to see bitcoin overtaking paper money because bitcoin is good for our economical condition to get better but paper money has no such chance to change it.

Do you think all the people can use bitcoin? What about the poorer ones that dont have an internet and a device that can run a bitcoin wallet or can browse the web.

how can they be able to use bitcoin? I believe experts are also aware to these problem , that is why fiats are still existed even though we are now living on a more advance world with new technologies and ideas are now invented in order to make our lives more easier when compared to before.

All things have advantages and disadvantages, even cryptos are not exempted to this fact and i guess that is why all things are created equally and well balanced, so that one must not overtake or overcome the other.
Yeah, I guess that is the one reason until now bitcoin can't overtake fiat, a traditional currency will not replace or even overtake by digital currency. The advanced technology will continue be spreading as of now even poorer people will adapt on that near in the future as of now we can't conclude this thing won't gonna happens.

It's hard to predict but who knows it will happen in the future all people adopting digital currency but not eliminate paper money as a traditional currency.
It is no doubt very much difficult for the crypto currencies to take lead over any of the regular currencies because of the reason that the awareness rate of the crypto currencies is not that much and above all, the regular currencies are having the support of the government which the crypto coins lack. Things can only be in favor of the crypto coins if we get to know that the government have declared them as legal currencies.

Tax is a part of everything involved in buying, selling and all transactions. It is an independent variable exist permanently on each country. If digital currency takes over and taxes are required then its just normal. I dont think taxes is the only reason why countries ban bitcoin and i guess cryptocurrency circulating from the world is near.

I guess taxes will be part of crypto currency as long as it is going to be regulated by the governments. I do hope though that the taxes is not so big. Everyone loves crypto because its decentralized and away from the prying eyes of the government. However as it grows bigger every year, they take notice and the only way to somewhat control it is to impose taxes that we hate. If its too steep then I'm sure that people will find ways to try and circumvent again which is not good.

You can't really put a blame on countries totally rejecting digital currency. You can't say that they are wrong, they have their own reasons. Like thinking that it will have a negative impact on them.

However, for those who chooses to go on the other path, it's not going to be easy as well so I we can't really say for sure. Maybe 5-10 years from now? But I'm happy seeing nations started to embrace bitcoin and crypto. This is really a big steps towards digital currency and the adoption that we are all been waiting for.
Everyone has their own way of thinking some will like it and some will not but later on I am sure they will be regret for not accepting bitcoin at right time, as much as I know bitcoin is now being so famous and no country is afraid for accepting it, digital currency is very important for the development of a country, those who are buying bitcoin at this position at growing price will be the future lucky millionaires, so my country is blessed with high acceptance of bitcoin and no one here is restricted by the government to use bitcoin, we are free to use it for shopping and to  buy things w need.

Your country may have allowed and not restrict it, but that does not go for each and every country. There are even countries that ban bitcoins and there are some that greatly restricts it. The truth is, the governments are afraid of this digital currency revolution because of the fundamental feature of being decentralized. They cannot control cryptocurrencies which scares governments as they always makes some excuse that it will be used in crime and whatever illicit activity. But to be honest with them, 99.99% of the time fiat has been used in the past to conduct any form of illicit activity even through the existence of Bitcoins.

Bitcoin is a great technology and it allows to us a great degree of freedom but at the same time we cannot deny that the technology has some limitations, we need at least two infrastructures to be in place, and those are the Internet and electricity network and poor people most of the time do not have access to neither and to make matters even more complicated you need access to a computer to use bitcoin at all.

In bitcoin it will be based on the user and followers so it will be running in a good form , digital currency is not like bitcoin it has its own way so it will not destroyed by crypto currencies .
