As progress in terms of design and development of DIW, the project was already under way from before the Pre-ICO due to private contributors, there was no specific amount for Soft-Cap. In this case, Soft-Cap here at DIW means that there is no turning back. Developers are fully devoted to the development of the project.

Its 1,000,000,000 DIW, 700,000,000 DIW (70%)is available on sale with no soft cap, but their hard cap is 28,000,000 USD, with ICO price of 1 ETH = 8000 DIW.

DIW team mentioned on the whitepaper that DIW token will be list on exchanges right after the ICO but which exchange, they have not mention..this project have big potential and hope so DIW team will be list this token on better exchange instead of list on idex or yobit..
phase three is still running 1 eth / 8500 DIW and raised from public crowdfunding 1622 eth..
The exhanges that DIW Token will join have not been announced, apart from Bancor at the present time and this was announced only recently by the team. Any other exchanges will be announced later along with other news too. Stay tuned to the telegram group for more information.

According to admins in the telegram group, DIW Token will hit the exchanges after the ICO, but the dates have not yet been specified. The official dates will be announced closer to the end of ICO.
Integrating with Bancor is one of the major step and advances of DIW before ending the ICO but will this be focusing more on health records?
DIW is indeed happy to announce the integration between Bancor Protocol, and yes the main vision will be the secure use, storage and sharing of EHR throughout the DIW platform.

Also you can find plenty of material in Youtube of DIW reviews. And why not post ads and marketing material? Thats the whole point of their existance. Advertise. If all ads were created free of charge they wouldnt be called ads. Nonetheless you can look for DIW everywhere for reviews. Thats your due diligence.
Why do people say that your ico scam in the chat is mostly bots and 39k this is not real people but a screwed amount?

Nice article by Merkle, Phase 2 is finished now and Phase 3 is in effect if im not mistaken. Hopefully this will attract more investors to this amazing project.
