There is no logic to the question to be quite honest, firstly, funds are needed to develop most projects, so the more advertisement the more audience and funding. The amount raised in the crowdfunding excludes the amount invested by DIW's Private Investors, and this is clearly stated within the article share by the project leaders. Secondly, we all know very well that this project along with other projects have experienced the unfortunate dump of the crypto market which affected crowdfunding and generally all ICOs. This does not mean that the project will not happen, on the contrary, ICOs will have to consider options and probably follow a different path to successfully complete the project.
