Where are you find this info? Or it just suggestion? Usually projects waiting dates which were set in rules, because who wants to cancel advertising, after ICO process is still necessary.

Yes provide them with a wallet that you own of course. It has to be ERC-20 compatible. You should be able to provide that when you fill the form.

As far as i know, there are ICOs out there that have not focused on all these modules and more and integrated them and all aspects of our daily life under one ecosystem. So DIW's vision is to do this.
