Hi JQCrypto, great to hear Dogecoin has yielded a great return. However DNotes is not XDN (they changed their name to Digital Notes about six months after we launched), DNotes uses the ticker "NOTE".
We have a lot of exciting projects going on at the moment, peer-to-peer payment software developments, audiobook releases, lots of Press Releases & news content in preparation for our Reg D funding round, and a wide range of other developments that will continue after we have secured funding in our first funding round which is currently ongoing.

I was thinking...I know that Alan is now focusing on funding, but what is the rest of the team currently working on? Can you share more information?
I know that the rest are not sitting idle, but I'm also curious what is currently being worked on and if we can also expect some update in the near future from the development team? It is always exciting to hear news from them

We have been playing a support role in the funding efforts for Alan, outreach, networking, social, articles, and content play a big role in that. Such as the ICO article and related press release we just sent out, as well as the many other articles we released in the past week.
Alan and a couple of our team will be speaking at and attending an event in Chicago next week for blockchain called Buzz talk, and hopefully recording it.
We have just completed the audio book, and we will be working on a press release and finding other places to submit it as well.
For development, it looks like Stocks Exchange trade API may be working again, so we are testing a trading bot we developed to demo DNotesPay Software.
We have had our first successful test on Smokey's Gardens for DNotesPay custom cart integration, so we should be able to release this soon as well.
I'm sure I left some things out, some of which aren't ready to release more information on.

Thanks for the link. It's great to see other sites taking note of Alan's words of wisdom on this and other industry-related issues. The author is, of course, correct when he reaffirms Alan's position. In a perfect world, no regulatory compliance would be needed, and the industry would be able to govern itself in a responsible way - protecting its markets and investors, and discouraging bad actors from taking advantage of the unwary. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world and men are not angels. (Women might be, though - I need to be careful here, since I'm never sure if my wife is looking over my shoulder).
The good news is that Alan is spot on in his analysis of the regulatory landscape. It's not as though we need the regulators to develop an entirely new framework of draconian regulations to rein in the industry's excesses. Just a little clearer guidance and a commitment from those agencies to work with industry actors and help them properly comply with existing regulations.

Thanks DNotesEDU those are great general guidelines! Personally I believe transparency in who is behind the project or platform is among the highest priority. There is a rapidly growing list of cryptocurrencies and exchanges and trust and transparency will be in high demand.
