Lots of scamming activities has been done inside the ICO investment, most of those frustrated investors already went out and forget this kind of business ventures, maybe there are still good projects but it's too difficult to find maybe a little percentage of those newly created projects that still can proceed and
make some impacts inside the market after being released.

Yes it is true that not all ICO projects are scams, but for now I think it is also difficult to get good projects and the many scams make it difficult for some projects to attract new investors to get funding so that the project can run. And for myself I prefer to invest in the top coins for now.

I do believe in this online world theres a lot of scammers, not only inform of ICO, but most investment site, like double your btc in 24hrs theres a lot actually, what really matters most now a day is to be more wisely, observe first, do research, check reviews and ratings, credibility is very important, make sure that you are dealing with those good reputation only. dont be a victim.
