i agree, you must have seen there have been ICOs failled after raising recently and most of them got dumpped drasically after the token was listed on exchange, so i guess, this is not a good time to invest in ICO but great to invest in top altcoins when the price is low and hold until the price goes up.

indeed the current price of coin reached low. indeed we should use it as well. because this can sometimes change. but we must also see the conditions as well. whether the condition is good enough not for investment

Yes, I agree with your point of view. This is really not the time to buy altcoin. We need to wait until September to have a better and predictable market. I have not invested in the Crypto market since March until now. The market has gone down too much and opportunities have not come to us. Be patient and wait.
