There is no choice of waiting in the current situation already the price of bitcoin and current market cap also decreased a lot. So now it is the best way to buy your potential coins because already those prices are very low in the market.
Why want to wait, now the price of bitcoin starts to increase little. If it increases we cannot buy at that time. This is the right time to buy bitcoin. Invest now and hold it for long time. Once the price of bitcoin is increasing very high at that time we can sell and earn more profit. So dont wait to buy just buy now and hold it.
When it comes to cryptocurrency there is nothing as right time to invest. Buying when the market is down assures an added profit on our investment. One who has got the skills will easily make profit even when the market is low. From my view the respective holding period we've targeted need to be considered before making an investment.
This is the golden rule i can say.

I'll buy a summer one, which for today the market understood began to recover. I'm happy with Bitcoin and the etherium, although in my opinion the etherium will show better results, unlike Bitcoin. 
Waiting can be frustrating sometimes but if you can really wait for a better price for you to invest, the better. But cryptocurrencies can fall and rise unexpectedly, thus, reminding us that every decision you make whether you invest now or later is like gambling that ends you winning or losing.

People trust in September but are afraid of their investment at this time. I think this is totally absurd because psychological panic selling is taking place every day and there is no clear sign of recovery across the market. I personally believe that in July there will be more volatility as we can determine if the market is rising and we need a lot of investment funds.
