Yes true, when the market declines then the best way to profit is to buy, in investing course must dare to take risks and speculation, buy when the price is high then we have trouble getting profit and now is the best time to start.

Nobody can predict the cryptomarket as this is too volatile and the price can swing in ups and downs. I can only recommend to research first before doing any investments and invest at your own risk. Buying at lower price will give you good profits once the market will bounce back and be patient to wait for the market recovery.
I guess, you can invest to top of 30 coins you will not be disappointed for bought these top coins trust me

I agree that now is the time to wait, the market is unpredictable and the negative number of news certainly makes many people panic so they prefer cut loss rather than waiting, but I think cut loss is not a good choice and hold is better.
