Death penalty is a controversial thing, in one side we believe if the justice do the right thing, but in other side we can't act like a God, only God can decide whether we die or not
I'd agree if I could trust human justice. But when I see how bad are governments, how can you trust them?
You need to draw a line somewhere. You can't allow the most brutal and inhuman criminals to live. You can't trust the government and the judges. But you need to remember that normally the judges award death penalty only if they are 100% sure about the guilt of the accused. Even if they are having 0.001% doubt regarding it, the accused will be getting a life imprisonment instead of death.

Death penalty is a very controversial issue.Many peoples are against in bringing it back here in our country. They say it is not the way to stop the criminals from commiting heinious crimes.
I agree to the campaign of our president to bring back the death penalty in our country. I believe, it is the way to lessen the serious crimes such as rape and murder. And I believe that those kind of criminals have no place to stay alive in our country.
I think that there is no point in killing people...they won't take any lessons...the best thing to do is help them get out of the crap in what they climbed (psychological help if they are ready for it) or force them work that people receive profit from them

Sure. I think that governments spend too much money for prisoners. I wish we had no prisoners at all. If the crime is committed suspect must be killed. That's all.

No, I disagree. There is always the possibility of error or abuse of power.
And I am against. After the murder is committed a crime, then the death penalty is a crime. No one has the right to take a human life. Even if it is legal.
No one should be in position to decide with 100% certainty about it.
