I agree with the death penalty. As long as the cops are unable to prevent violent crimes, death penalty is necessary. It will make the criminals think twice before committing any crimes.

The talks about the death penalty is not about if it will deter crime or reduce it, the main argument is the justice to the part of the victim. For example, murder, the suspect killed an innocent life, what will you do? Let that murderer live? How about the loved ones of the victim? Is it just for them? For me, I agree in death penalty because it is a justice for the victim no more no less. It could not be considered revenge as what some fools say because if it is in the law it is a punishment.

No one has the right to take another humans life, regardless of their crimes. Emotional response has to be removed from the discussion, and the situation viewed objectively.

tricky question!
Ofc it depends on whom you want to make a death penalty?
Serial killer or innocent person?
I think that for this type of penalty must be very serious judgement

I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.
I agree with the death penalty. No one has the right to take your life if you do not do anything wrong.

But if someone kills a human? the death penalty is correct

I am for death penalty, people who kill, rape, torture, and deceives others deserves to die. I cannot think of any better sentence than death penalty to these kind of people. That would be a great news for the people who had been wronged. That is justice and many are for it.

No, the death penalty is barbarism from the Middle Ages. Even imprisonment in the cell is not the best option. The convict should benefit the public, only then he should correct himself.

I don't believe in murdering someone for what they have done if they have murdered someone then you are doing the same. they should just be locked up for life.

 >:(I do not agree with the death penalty because the death penalty is too easy for those who are punished, and those who should be murdered by the rapists should be killed

Setting aside my religion's belief, i totally agree in death penalty and i want a public execution, specially if its a rape case, i feel like it gives justice to the victim and its family, not only that it makes people think twice before committing such crimes. I believe in the saying an eye for an eye.

Religion should not be allowed to interfere in law enforcement. It is strictly within internal affairs of the government and the judiciary, and the religious clergy should not be allowed to supersede the democratically elected officials. From what I have seen, the religious nuts want forgiveness, by releasing the criminals without any punishment. It doesn't work that way.

Right. It sometimes even gives criminals the audacity to commit heinous crimes knowing that a county's religion would save them from a harsh punishment. There are criminals who realistically don't deserve a second chance and would have to be made an example.of

It's easy for us to talk about the death penalty while sitting at the computer and not having anything to do with the prison system. But we need to remember that we are talking about human life. No matter how bad a person is, he deserves to live

i think god gives life and takes life.

i agree in death penalties..because this is a lesson for all those peoples who kill innocents.

I also agree with death penalties, before i am not in favor of that but since more crimes are happening in the surroundings and more criminals are intended to do the crime without any hesitation and no fear, i guess now is the time to do that actions.

God gives life, and takes life? But what about the criminals that takes life too? Do they have the right to take the lives of many? Criminals should take the right punishment, that's it!

I agree with the death penalty because it is the only key that the criminals will be afraid to keep on repeating the crime they did because they will be punished into death. But sad to say, some people don't want it to be implemented because they think that killing is a bad thing. But how about the innocent people who were killed by the drug addicts and some killers? Aren't they deserve justice?
