I think that if a person really deserves death because of what he did, death penalty is the right thing to do. As you said we just borrowed our life so no other person has right to take other person's life.

The death penalty should only be used when a person has murdered at least a few people WITHOUT A DOUBT. There have been cases where people have murdered, but found to be innocent only after they had already gotten the death penalty. For mass murderers, they should get the death penalty. Not so for people who have murdered just one person under questionable circumstances
Yes. For some serious crime such as rape, for drug lords, corrupt politician. But we also have to make sure that the person really commited crime. This is for the criminals to have fear. Because I think right now criminals have no fear.
I don't agree with death penalty. First of all, only God can get our lives and no one has the right to take someone's life. Every one deserves a second chance. People can change into better human being. I can say that death penalty should not be tolerated here in our country.

I think we should agree on death penalty. It's easy to disagree and say that it is a mortal sin and no one should take anyone's life. But once we put ourselves in the shoes of the victims or their loved ones, It's kind of hard not to agree with death penalty. Crimes that include child killing, abuse, rape, molestation, etc. deserves death penalty as punishment no questions asked.
No! I don't agree with death penalty and I will never be. Taking someone's life is a crime, murder. And only God has the right to take our lives (for good though). People who commits crimes like rapes, murder shouldn't charge a death penalty. Let them rot in jail.
Yes. As a human, you have the right to live in peaceful places in the world. But if you live in a chaotic world, you'll definitely have the fear to migrate in other country or to go outside your house. What if we don't believe in the god? IMO, if someone commits a brutal crime such as rape or murder, then he must be hanged. You can't let the criminal escape the punishment, saying that only your imaginary god has the power to punish him. Take your religiosity and forgiveness to somewhere else. For my part, I believe in the eye for an eye ideology.

I believe in God. I do not like death penalty too. But some people do not believe and just do not care about God. Some people like that do not care and always do criminality. They have cold blood, and only care for their desire. I do not want to punish people with death, I only want them to repent and follow God. But not all people can believe in God, and they will do whatever they want to do.

This is exactly the reason why I hate religious Christian nuts. So according to this guy, if someone rapes a lady or murders a guy, then he should be let free without any punishment.
