Well, to me bitcoin is not really like a business.
There is no real leadership, and the decision making process just takes too long. A business could not work that way.
To me bitcoin is like a complete economical ecosystem. A combination of bigger and smaller businesses.
And bitcoin is the glue that keeps those companies together.

I think yes. You can say it just blocks of data, But it still deal with money. You can buy bitcoins and sell it to earn profit. That's already business transaction. You can work online to earn bitcoin and get income or should i say profit, that's already business. Many people invest on bitcoins so that they can earn more amount in the future and that's business. Yes I think that bitcoin is just like another business in the sense that it includes money and when you risk money you can earn money or you can lose some. And in terms of many possibilities in business there are many possibilities in earning from bitcoin such as trading, gambling and many more. And as a business it sometimes hard to earn, but sometimes it is so easy. Like easy money. Well I agree that bitcoin is just a resemblance in business in other term if we apply it to the real world.

Wow that really amazing here in my country bitcoin is accepted to pay our bills online and we can also withdraw our bitcoin via bank but it's already converted into fiat currency and hopefully here in my country atleast starbucks will accept bitcoin i will be amze and happy for that. They will make a good income for those who will accept bitcoin as payment gateway to their business.

Well of course there are so many projects and ICo and crowdsale today because of Bitcoin and they are showing to the public different kinds of business but the thing here is Bitcoin has a worldwide features that can be used to almost all types of business.
Regarding to the mechants that accept btc as a payment, we can't tell how large the cap now but we're sure that the numbers are growing and other merchants don't accept btc as a payment because of the prices high ups and downs. If this become stable, this will be another story.

The fundamental difference between Bitcoin and businesses is this:
I know lots of businesses that will accept Bitcoin in trade for their products which makes it a means of transferring value aka money. Can you walk into the blockchain and offer it some business to get coin? No.

Merchants will drop bitcoin support if we can't get segwit + lightning networks to cater for global merchant adoption.
It's the only way out, if we can't get this shit together and working, bitcoin will just stay with it is, and will probably stagnate in price.
Segwit is only a temporary solution. It will make things better for now, but in 2 - 3 years we'll need another block update.
I'm not against it, but we should start looking for a more permanent option.

The fact remains the business world is gradually changing from business focus to customers focus in that they are ready to make you the client happy and stress free and if its bitcoin that with make that happen, they are ready to adopt. However, the moment why is to make life easier turn out to be a nightmare, I see adoption of other means to achieve that objective whether we like it or not and that is why I agree with one of the posters above that we need to get things right with bitcoin other wise those people propagating the news of bitcoin are ready to jump ship at any time.
