No, I think America is the worlds last hope personally, but that's just me. what we need is for good, well intentioned people to run america again.
after ww2 germany and Japan were destroyed and america helped rebuild them, and we stuck around and monitered them to make sure they didnt get back to their old ways  and they really did end up with a much better way of life. back in the day america was awesome. Im naive, so when i  (at 17 years old) first heard we were going into Afghanistan, I thought , good thats good were gonna help those people. in the end tho i realised this wasnt like japan and germany, who ever was in charge did not actually want to help those people, america just wanted their oil or herorine or wtv but it was always about greed.

its saddens me that this happened, but i still believe in old america,  if we actually had wanted to see it through, we could have given those people freedom and a better life to boot. You know, if that had ever actually been our objective.
