It isn't simple as that. The USA could be argued that it has brought both good and bad in the world.  All of the small wars and skirmishes around the world are planned by them to serve their ultimate agenda to maintain their status as a world super power.  And yet they also brought a lot of good by way of scientific breakthroughs and advances in technology that could help save the world.

Before thinking in extremes, it would be nice if everyone could stop, and think deep about the arguments from both sides.  Too much extremism on one side of the spectrum always doesn't bode well for us as a species.
