IMO, the Americans should be sending humanitarian aid and technology to the third world nations, rather than exporting cluster bombs, missionaries and carcinogenic GMO food.

I do not think so, since USA is also acting for their country's interest. Though they are perceived as an international police, other countries are intimidated by it. Sometimes USA interfere to smaller nations, that is why a conflict happens when they have a favored candidate. Sometimes they are branded as manipulator.

On the other side,they have done good so far for oppressed countries.They liberate in the name of democracy.
