What makes Zeus, Buddah, or Thor any more mythical than your christian god?

Me too I believe in God but the title says it is "god". And it's totally different. I will go for a real God but not for a god to worship.

I do not partake in any religion, I do not believe in god as described in books written by mankind, but as something totally different.
It's not a coincidence that we can find the golden ration in so many places on earth and in the universe. but I don't think it's some bearded dude in his clouds who sent his son on earth blah blah ...

Yes i believe in God. It is a spiritual fact as well as belief.

What does it mean to believe in a god? I believe that there is at least a kernel of truth in the mythological gods. There was probably a person of strength behind some of them. Others are simply stories.

If your question means, why not believe some of the mythological gods to be the real God, there is no reason to believe this way. There isn't enough information or strength in any of these gods to show that it is the real God of the Universe.

You might be able to name the real God with just about any name. But to avoid confusion, why not simply call Him God with a capitol "G?"

Why do you not admit acceptance of the fact that God exists? After all, you don't seem to be able to refute or rebut the proof and evidence.

Additionally, even if you never saw or understood the proof or evidence, you don't have enough knowledge of things to state with any confidence that God doesn't exist. So why do you not admit that you are agnostic rather than an atheist?

Are you simply a liar?
Are you simply ignorant that you don't understand proof and evidence?

Well don't you think that with the way things work around you, how your organs work in specific functions to keep you alive, how the littlest animals like the bee can affect an ecosystem, how nature works to provide for us even from the beginning, how our distance to other celestial bodies work perfectly to provide with livable environment, do you believe everything happened randomly? Now im not talking about religion here its just that in my opinion, these things happened because there is someone higher than even your special forces, architected all this for us. He or she or it may be called god but im sure theres definitely someone who orchestrated all these

I do not believe in God. IN stead of that, I believe in the special forces which follow us and help us whenever we can. They can see what we are doing, wearing, thinking and they can decide to help us or not. Therefore, watch your step, never do evil things or you will be punish by them

Sounds like you were only visiting at my house and church on the days that I wasn't reading the Bible.

The points in the, above, link have not been expressed with enough detail to show any debunking of anything. It's like when you walk into the kitchen and then back out. You have debunked yourself by not being able to make up your mind. However, when we get into the fine details of why you walked into and then out of the kitchen, we see that everything fits together perfectly.

The Word of God in the Bible has not been debunked. When someone thinks that it is, it's because that person has not considered the details. Such a person is debunking himself rather than the Bible.

However, thank you for acknowledging that God exists, no matter what you think about Him or His Word.

And since the word of your God through your bible has been debunked, you accept your god is not real.

Science is incomplete. Science has only glimpsed things that look like the things that the scientists say.

Cause and effect prevails in everything, even the 7 earth-like planets. God created them.

Now that we understand that God created them, we can understand that we need to follow what God says to find anything more about them.

We are already controlling the nature. The technology and science has advanced so much to make this possible. And this will become more evident in the next few decades, when further advancement occurs.

Here you claim that nature is more complicated than a car. I agree with you, but where is the evidence that nature was created by someone. The earth has existed for billions of years and man only a few thousand years. Where you have confidence that in a billion years man will learn to control nature? Now there is some progress in this direction.

The difference between theists and atheists is...

Scientific laws as well as the example of nature show and prove that God exists. Nobody, not even atheists, can rebut these scientific laws.

So far, the only things that show that God might not exist, are science theory and simple ignorance. Science theory is not known to be fact, and is rebuttable as fact for this fact alone if nothing else.

Atheists don't have anything to their atheism except fiction and science fiction. Theists have evidence and proof and the strength that God gives them for simply accepting the evidence and proof.
