It all depends on the coins I hold . But more often I try to keep them for the long term. But such coins as Bitcoin and Ethereum of course should be in the wallet of everyone

So far, I have kept my bounty tokens, but now I think that it's more correct to convert them into etherium or bitcoin. This is a more reliable asset for investing.

I try to conver just a bit, I do bounty for the future and that means that you want to keep as much as possible. A few dollars now mean nothing to me.

I think that you are already wrong from the beginning. If you participate only in bounty programs in which you are 100% sure, then you will not need to sell even a few received tokens since you will be sure that you will earn more by saving this coin.

Nowadays I hold most of my tokens with small value, but sell immediately tokens for signature campaign

Yes, I fully agree with that! You should always divide your budget into three parts: 1- Fiat ( $ ); 2 - BTC & ETH; 3 - other altcoins. Preferably in equal percentage. But not always it turns out. Grin

I think it makes sense to do this only to those participants who receive a fairly good reward, since many participants, this third will be spent on the formation of transactions Wink

Most times I always keep all my bounty and airdrop reward in the tokens as it is paid. I like to wait for some time for it to appreciate in sats value before I convert to bitcoin or ethereum. But I think OP method is a good one and I may adopt it

There are a lot of people out there who like you are selling cryptos right away when getting from the ICO bounty. This is understandable because their psychology fears that the fall in exchange rates will lead to losses. So that you exchange from Token ICO to BTC and ETH when receiving the Token from ICO bounty.

Yes i am converting some of my alt coins to ETH and BTC because i know how these two cryptos can give me a 10x profit in just a couple of days. Those cryptos that are very promising based on my research and their team's effort are kept in my digital wallet for a long time until such time the value of those tokens are very high.

Some altcoins are great and even go on to increase in value whiles eth and BTC are falling so as to convert all your coin to eth or BTC is an individual belief and what you believe in. Either BTC or etc. Because these two are already established, people feel safer when their coins are in this form but it is not always the best

I am guilty and I admit that I am one of those who joins bounties and airdrops and as soon as the token get listed in an exchange, I sell them right away. Compare the price of a token once listed versus price of token after 3 months. Majority I guess will see the price is when it was listed is higher compared to the price after 3 months. So I convert it to BTC or ETH and invest on another project.

The only few bounty I have ever joined never gave me any good return at all but one that I sold before a major 10x pump still make me sad. I made bad decision and sold all of my bounty tokens for few hundred bucks if I could have held them for a week of so I could have thousands in my hand. My advice is just hold your tokens and wait for major surge in it's price than sell on peak, but don't get too much greedy.

I definitely agree to you because as I observe I literally lost any profit from bounty tokens I didn't convert it immediately to btc or eth that's why I lost my profit income and for now I already convert my alts before it will dump.

Coins like BTC and ETH have proven beyond reasonable doubts that they are the best and more safer coins to invest. My little advice is that, whenever you get your altcoins, it would be better to convert at least one third to either BTC or ETH to serve as some form of insurance to your tokens in case it fails to survive. I used to keep all my altcoins and now that the market is red it has badly affected my investment. And mind you, those new altcoins are not like BTC and ETH, they can get zero volume anytime so they are not reliable. Is there any other person with a different view or everybody agrees with me?

This is a great strategy to hedge over one's investment in the crypto space. No one knows which project will succeed or fail but it is best to invest in coins that have the majority holders which you state is Bitcoin and Eth.  Thanks for the tip

I usually keep these types of potential tokens. It's understandable that when I tested the actual applicability of that project, I decided to keep it.
The results are all down now. However, that is the general trend of the market.
The rest turned into ETH when I felt its project was not feasible.

convert into a bitcoin ethereum nor indeed is a good thing, in fact, is also a secure way because it is potentially crypto for the future. But if the coin from the bounty that is owned is promising and has the potential for development is good naturally better hold only. When it reaches the high prices will certainly be able to give results that are quite satisfactory.

If I have assumptions that it is a promising token, I'll probably be holding it than to convert it since there are newly listed tokens that are having a more active market value than Bitcoin and ethereum but within  a short period of time. But those that are not, ofcourse I would prefer holding or converting it to either Bitcoin or ethereum.

Well, i keep my altcoins as it is. As i have some coins which have some potential to grow. I will convert them when market situation is better.
