Why not buy locally? Not really seeing the desire to purchase them online (especially looking at other prices here) unless it's just super expensive in your country or something?
I pay 6 euro (7.39$) for a regular pack of cigarettes (19 pieces). How much do you pay for cigarettes? I usually pay around $40 (32.5 euro) from Only's website, soooo yeah. Buying online is a whole lot cheaper.

So this website became a scam... I lost 60 euro...

Well aren't there few types of foil that acutally do really protect packages from x-raying?
And THAT would definitely make a package really suspicious and actually worsen the delivery rates

I had a few talks with guys who do the same to US and it's a profitable business here . I wonder if I can do that. We have all brands here (Marlboro, Winston, Camel, Kent, Kiss, Parliament, Lucky Strike and most of others) of the same quality by low prices. The only thing is the cost of delivery. But anyway the price in 15-20$ for carton of any brand is good for me(+5$ for delivery and in case of sending 2-3 cartons it gets lower). So if anybody is interested we can discuss it.
As experience shows - the price is much lower than buying locally even with duty and taxes(0,4$ duty for 1 carton - u can check it on duty calculator online http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-duty-and-tax-calculation/saved_calculations/view_details/190071612/), also it's legal in case of mailing 2-3 cartons to one person in a month. Besides, the time of delivery by plane - 7-10 days. Also the product is covered by foil, so the x-ray doesn't harm it. Also you dont need to ride somewhere, you just go to the closest mail and get the packege. It an verified practice and thousands of people use it.

Never used dutyfree.io but I have purchased multiple times directly from the user "only" on the original silk road, assuming it is the same user "only".
He has confirmed many times that they are the same and there is a special section on the site to proof that Only on SR == Only on here.

There is a good website, www.cigs-shop.net as a reliable suppler, its European but free shipped worldwide. It's been almost two years I have been ordering cigarettes here and I trust them. Just be ready that delivery takes up to 1-2 weeks

And to OP: Yes, cigz.eu is a scam website, if they don't outright rip you off, then they will sell you stolen cigarettes, good luck explaining that to customs if they happen to seize it...
