This is about how do you make sure that you are gambling in full control. There are many people who are easily brought into gambling beyond fun and that is a problem for them and also for the gambling industry, because it is for them that there are limitations in many countries.

Do you actually...
- Have a weekly budget to play and do not ever go over it?
- Not ever get in debt for gambling?
- Have an allocated time for gambling and never exceed it?
- Have someone helping you control your gambling?
All the mentioned above is what i am having in my gambling activity aside from this
- Gamble only socially with friends of relatives?

Because I rather play On my own or with My wife than with friends In casinos.

Not unless in local gambling when someone played with them.

Also playing another game after losing to the first game doesn't guarantee your victory, houses will never let the favor go to the players, it's always the opposite of it.

It's a wrong mentality to think that you lose now, you'll win in the next roll.
Also, not all games really has a house edge, if you play poker, there's no house edge on that, so maybe just choose your game to stay away from house edge.

In addition, not only a strategy to choose a game, but to be discipline with a proper bankroll management, that's a vital part for success or to avoid losing more than you can afford to lose.

Till date I wasn't able to limit myself from gambling. If I've limited myself I could've been the happiest on earth, because what I've lost could've been saved and I might be debt free. Anyhow past is past, once I gave a break for about six months and those earnings were vanished in the next few weeks of time.

I think it is better to actually limit the number of games you play instead of the time you spend playing. I believe that would actually help you lessen your losses incurred, since you can impose strict regulations on yourself like you can only gamble for seven games, or like one guy I saw here who automatically stops gambling for that day after incurring three losses. In simple ways like that you can ensure that all the wins you get are secured and bagged, plus losses are also limited, if not prevented.

Indeed.

Focusing on just one game will help you to polish your skills on it, because if you're going to play different games every single day, your focus and techniques could rumble up in your head making your decision making so bad. Playing multiple games doesn't make a gambler a professional or a prodigy, in fact, the effect of doing such thing may lead to big losses in the long run. Also playing another game after losing to the first game doesn't guarantee your victory, houses will never let the favor go to the players, it's always the opposite of it.

not really a weekly budget, but I do save up some money if I can but if I can't save up money, I wouldn't gamble.

- Not ever get in debt for gambling?
I have been in debt because of gambling but that was a long time ago and it is in the past and wouldn't happen again

- Have an allocated time for gambling and never exceed it?
No, I play as long as I feel like it or if my fund has run out.

- Gamble only socially with friends of relatives?
I do gamble with friend or relatives but only occasionally since the majority of my friends with aren't really a gambler but there are those who are.

- Have someone helping you control your gambling?
No, but my utility bills and the fear of going homeless or starving keeps reminding me to only gamble moderately. haha!

Yes and that should come first and foremost because if you were to decide what time you are going to go off when you are already playing, I am sure that you aren't going to follow that limit because it becomes an afterthought.

- Yes I do have a budget and I see to it that I follow the budget I allocated and do not add any more if I feel it's my lucky day
- I once in debt in gambling and it's a worrying experience after I paid my debt I promised myself not to fall into debt again because of gambling
- I always tried to follow my allocated time, because too much time on gambling is the start of becoming addicted.
- Sometimes I gamble with my friends and relatives it's a good bonding experience
- Yes I once asked a friend to help me overcome gambling and I'm glad I made a decision to ask for help.

Yes, absolutely. I play gambling but I only gamble the money that I can afford to lose. I only use my spare money and not use my budget in other things.

Having a plan in gambling and a proper budget will make you confident and comfortable while playing.

Discipline, patience, and being relaxed is necessary in gambling, you should not be greedy if you can't handle the heat.
That would be problematic though as you are putting a time limit in your playing which for me is a distraction because what I do is to check the vibe and my current feeling when I am playing and if I feel like it is becoming a chore to gamble then I will stop, good thing that I am easily bored with gambling so only a little discipline and I can keep up that kind of playing.

I do and I don't (depends on my mood
Nope
Uh, it's whenever I want most of the time? I mean, I have a life to do, so it just idk, adjusts.
Nope, though I do gamble with them but not only with them
Nah, I ain't that too deep into it.

I'm pretty sure I still have my habits under control (except for wasting tie when I need to do something important). I mostly gamble just to pass the time anyway so not really much of an issue. I learned self control way back then when I had to learn a bunch of stuff in a short span, had to manage my time wisely.

In my case, I don't have a budget, because instead of losing I win, although some of us don't consider poker as gambling, but it is in what we call the gambling industry. I usually set a time limit, because playing long sessions or too many hours at the end of the day can make you tilted, as well as playing tired, etc. And for the rest you ask, no, I don't gamble socially, I don't get into debt and I don't need help.

People who are single and not engaged are the ones who have no problem with the gambling time.Personally I am forced to play to only a specified amount of time as I have other engagements when I finish my 9-5 shift. The gambling budget and self control I think I have now learned it the hard way by losing a big amount of money one day which made me think that this should never happen again.

- Have a weekly budget to play and do not ever go over it?
Sometimes I have a weekly budget but for the most part I don't have one because I rarely go all out and whenever I do it's usually because of good promotions or certain contest that only appears once every year.

Do you actually...
- Not ever get in debt for gambling?
I used to be in debt at one point but i'm always quick in paying off my loans and I always have a spare funds waiting on an exchange.

Do you actually...
- Have an allocated time for gambling and never exceed it?
No allocated time for gambling since I mostly do sports betting I stay up late depending on the game I plan to watch.

Do you actually...
- Gamble only socially with friends of relatives?
Nope, I prefer to keep my gambling activities to myself and most of my friends don't gamble with crypto.

- Have someone helping you control your gambling?
There was a time where my gambling activities went out of hand but I never needed someone to moderate my gambling activities.

I only gamble if I have some spare amount of money. And usually, if I gamble it depends on my bankroll how long I will play. It's either I run out of capital to bet or I managed to double it then I quit that time. I only gamble online and usually play dice games. My friends do gamble but their type of games needs higher bankroll which I cannot afford. They are addicted to online cockfighting which is very popular here now in our country. They got hooked by the fact that it can double your money if you win just by sitting and watching the roosters fight, they don't realize the risk yet because they haven't lost a big amount yet.

For me, it is easier to limit the time to play gambling than to limit the amount of money we will use to play gambling. Therefore, I will not
play gambling every day, I only play gambling when I have spare time. But the benefit I get from limiting my gambling time is that I have
more control over myself so that I don't get addicted.
But that will not be easy if we got fun and really enjoy the game because that can make us hard to stop gambling for the next rounds. Playing gambling only in our spare time will be recommended so we do not always gamble. That is one way to limit our time and funds in gambling because we can use the money for other things. Preventing the addiction is something that every gambler must do to avoid a big loss.

Back when I was really addicted, I didn't really have any control as to when am I going to stop but now that I have recovered, I don't have to worry about that kind of thing anymore because I only play with my friends and they have their own control as to when we are stopping and even when I feel like stopping, I can throw the towel anytime.
