I don't request loans~
I do, but not entirely. Heck, I ignore most of them sometimes, but really, it depends on how much I know about the site already. I come across platforms from forums that have reviews on them that already contain info I want, so if I ever do try that site, I ignore everything and just head-on. If I'm completely new though, I try to look for some info, specifically for KYC, withdrawal, and deposits, countries allowed, etc. Most TOS contain generic information anyway, like hacking/taking advantage of a loophole, etc. is banned or something like that, so there's really no use in reading it all.

Ofc, this happnes before I play, when I actually sign up to their site. I have plenty of time, especially since it reduces the amount of pain in the ass to come whenever some issue or problem crops up due to either their or my fault.

Natalim, please be more specific with the question. Is it reading before playing?

Those who voted "no" probably thought it's reading before playing. I think most of them are forced to read parts of the TOS later when they withdraw. This is mostly the case I see in the scam accusation board. Player would complain that his account and funds were frozen then say he doesn't know why. Casino owners will then come and say the player violated a rule in the TOS.

I voted yes even though I don't read the whole TOS. I mostly check country restrictions, KYC, and fees.

It's better if you read before depositing at any new casino so you are well aware of their restrictions if any.

Honestly, In the past I don't care about what the casino TOS is, I know it's too risky for me, but it is in the past and it is a good thing that I didn't experience any problem regarding the TOS of the casinos I am playing. But today, If I am playing on a new casino I would read their TOS even I found it a waste of time. There are many issues now about country bans and about using VPN, It's logical for me to see the country restriction of that casino.

There is a difference between TOS and FAQs. I mostly read the faqs where all the details about county bans, KYC and withdrawal/deposit limits are listed but i rarely read the TOS (Terms of service as it is more complicated and lengthy)

This is how we differ from each other because i prevent myself from playing in new sites unless there is a free spin or some bonuses then i will try to visit and play.

But the whole time of my gambling career?i mostly play for new sites if they are being advertise in my signature so i need to try their site so i won't be blamed wearing signature of scam casino.
from this i can prove to the incoming players their legitimacy and i will be proud of what i am bringing.

Quite frankly, it is not my practice to read the entire ToS of the sites I am using, especially not during the account creation. I just tick on the box saying "Yes" or "I understand" or "I agree" without actually carefully or thoroughly going over them in details. That includes exchanges, gambling sites, and so on. But it doesn't mean I haven't done it. I've also read countless of ToS in the past, oftentimes doing it after I already got in.

But I always make sure that the site I'm depositing my money in is a reputable one. That of course includes gambling sites. That's basically to counter the risk. As far as other sites are concerned such as social media or email, I admit I haven't read a single ToS.

I want to make a survey from gamblers in the forum if they are really reading the TOS of the gambling sites they are playing with.

Therefore, I request you to vote and give an explanation on why you voted yes or no?

I voted "NO" because i didn't bother to read TOS and just rely on the feedback on some users on that particular gambling sites.

One reason i don't read TOS is because i don't keep large amount of money of gambling sites and i don't break rules like multi-accounting that lead to the banning of account that most of us here are complaining.

Didnt expect that the poll results were just even.

When we do play on a gambling site. Its always been suggested to read up sites terms and conditions before you do play, at least you are fully aware on what are their
rules and the countries that they had prohibited or they dont like on having multiple accounts etc. We know that each of them does have jurisdiction on particular area.
Seems like people arent really that fan on reading up Terms and conditions until they do experience problems.

Mostly never. People are using too many apps today and they don't have time to read every TOS. I'm not talking just about gambling. I use more than 20 apps on my phone. And betting sites have mostly similar TOs so I just assume everything will be fine and just click accept.
Same thing also happened to me that I didn't read the TOS of a gambling site. This is my honest answer. You used almost 20 apps but I use more than 40 apps++ regularly. The maximum is browser and gaming apps. I have almost 5 betting apps on my phone and I found almost the same rules everywhere.

Most of the gamblers right now aren't reading the TOS of the gambling site and that includes me Smiley

I'm not gambling that much so spending too much time on the TOS of the site is considered useless and not worth it. For some especially for those hardcore gamblers then they really must read the TOS or they will just complain here and complain there. I'm not depositing huge money in gambling sites that is why I will not spend time reading it.

wow! I'm surprise with the poll result, I needed to vote to view it but I'm really surprise, as of now, 23 members says NO, while only 22 says yes.
The race is getting exciting, lol.. I don't know a lot of people also not reading the TOS.

To be honest, no. I don't want to waste my time reading too many long pages. But when my identity is at risk or If I plan to deposit a large amount of bitcoin on a gambling website, I will read some parts of Terms Of Services.
Well, perhaps that is worth it to read if you will spend a huge amount of funds on gambling. I always afraid of violating their law that makes my account lock, --suspended, and perhaps it will be banned because you don't know the rules. It is has been taking advantage to have knowledge because you can simply avoid what in the gambling site implemented. I will read the term of use and the frequently asked question. These are very important to avoid such offense that you perhaps don't know.

Same here. If I will be depositing considerable amount, I read the ToS first.
Check the KYC/withdrawal requirements, you can skip some parts if you feel it doesn't pertain to you as a gambler.
Better be safe than feel sorry at the end. And yes, FAQ section is actually very helpful to the players.
But from the results of the poll, you can see that a lot of gamblers are really not reading the ToS, so expect that problems are really in the air.

To be honest, if I gonna deposit a huge amount I will read the major points regarding the allowed countries, deposit wagering requirement, withdrawal terms, etc. Reading the general data is waste of time for me and I prefer to check the analysis websites for reading the general feedback. In all other conditions, I skip the agreement part but go back to read if I made a big money on my lucky day. If I feel lucky that day, maybe I will not skip and start to search for specific words on TOS: VPN, BONUS, Wagering, Withdrawal, Country, ban, illegal, etc

It depends on what you mean by reading the TOS, if you mean to read the entire thing I will be honest and say that I only do this once I have a long history of playing in that casino in order to know their policies a lot better, but if I am trying a casino for the first time or I have not played much there I only read the sections of the TOS that I think are the most relevant, for example I try to find if I am allowed to gamble in the casino based on my nationality since I do not want to run into the issue of getting lucky and then find out that they did not allowed people from my country to pay to begin with.

TBH, I don't read the full details on the gambling site. Reading terms&conditions is good to know what can happen if something goes wrong because you will explain your rights or not broken the TOS of the casino. If I want to use the bonus funds before the deposit, I carefully check the wagering rules and pay attention to the withdrawal conditions.

^ Just a part of the whole content of TOS, but I will never read it all. I will proceed to the FAQ of the gambling site, that is why I appreciate if the gambling site does have a FAQ which they know what those frequently asked questions. As a result of your poll are almost the same. Probably most gamblers are looking to the promotion of the site, not just by the TOS. Some of the reasons why gamblers have always an issue with the gambling site because they don't read the TOS which is the most important part of the site.

Seeing the poll right now seems that 16 out of 34 users are not reading the Terms of Service of a gambling site which is I think is dangerous for them
It is not that dangerous though, there's nothing much you can do in gambling site but to gamble, deposit play and withdraw that's if you do shit outside than that without reading the term of service that's the time that you need to check it. Even me I don't read TOS, coz what the hell am I going to do with their platform, I just wanna play and other people too.

I tried reading a TOS once and to be honest I can't understand anything about it especially the legal ones, if you're not a lawyer or some sort you'll be lost to it lol
