For me, it was never thought of because reading the TOS was eager to play more seriously so I will investigate further including reading the TOS and terms and conditions, but it would be better to read the TOS than to let it know more about the rules against gambling, sometimes I do This is with new gambling sites appearing in this forum if they are well known then I don't care about TOS.

Before I decide to send money on a gambling platform that I fancy, I always make sure that I read the parts on the ToS regarding withdrawals, account suspensions, promotions and regulations. If one of those listed in the ToS do not satisfy what I usually look for, I simply don't play in that platform and half-heartedly just look for another platform to play. Those are the only things that I care about since these subjects are usually where most users' problems arise. If I have a solid understanding on their terms in regards to a problem I may have in the future, they just can't scam their way out of the mess they made with me and I might even get compensated handsomely since I know where they might have went wrong.

I think it's important to read terms of service since this is the gambling site's condition on what might happen to you and your account while using the website

Also it is the agreement between you and the gambling site so it is really necessary to read those before using the gambling site

I read it partially, mostly i shortcut to the important parts such as withdrawal limits because sometimes gambling platforms tends to hold your funds until it reach a certain amount. Also the privacy policy is one of the important part because you might get caught off guard and not withdraw your cryptocurrency due to KYC issue, and not be eligible because they limit some countries to play their games.

I choose yes when I'm going to deposit and play but if it was just out of curiosity I just proceed to sign up and don't care about the TOS if the gambling site that I am interested to sign up stated that my location is restricted I don't bother to sign up even if there is a way to proceed because I might forget and proceed to play and seeing a lot issue of about IP and country restriction I don't want to add to those numbers of complaints.

Yes I'm reading the Terms of Service. It's important to read it since you might not know what agreement you are on, maybe there is something in their terms and conditions that might trick players so they would be able to scam them.

I chose the "no" option because I never get acquainted with TOS at gambling sites and I'm not going to find out the relationship through court because I don't want to lose my anonymity. In any case, if I come to play at a gambling site, I accept the rules established there.

I only skim through the TOS whenever i'm making a new account since I rarely spend more than a few minutes on it. The usual stuff I check in the TOS is just the countries they don't welcome in their site, deposit/withdrawal limits and the closing of inactive accounts. I used to skip them few years ago when gambling wasn't that huge but now that bitcoin casinos are blowing up and they update their terms every now and then I don't mind going back to see the parts they changed.

I voted yes because I do read the TOS of a gambling site. But I could have also voted no because I think I have never tried reading an entire TOS. I only read portions especially the part which specifies the list of countries where the site is not allowed to operate and also the parts which specify terms related to personal information. I think these are the most important parts for me.

I want to make a survey from gamblers in the forum if they are really reading the TOS of the gambling sites they are playing with.

Therefore, I request you to vote and give an explanation on why you voted yes or no?

To be fully honest, I don't read the TOS on most casino websites. Only in around 15 - 20% of the cases I actually look at the TOS. In the other cases I rely on reviews from other people. Usually I play on casinow who have been around for some time and have a positive track record. My first check is always this forum if anyone had some issues before and raises some red flags.

It depends. For example if am playing in a very trusted casino which is popular, I don't bother to read it because the basic stuffs like withdrawal, deposit, games would be smooth else the site wouldn't have been popular so their terms and conditions would be okayish. For newer casinos, I do read the terms and conditions, specially if they are offering bonuses because with confusing terms and conditions, they might wanna rip me off or I get trapped lol.

I always read ToS on website/services where money is involved. Something I'd suggest everyone to do.

Honestly, I don't usually read TOS because I'm just too lazy to read it most of the time. But the thing is, I only gamble on trusted sites with a good reputation, or what my friends recommend me so I just conclude that there would be no bigger problems and such. I also barely look for other casinos that I am not familiar with because I just stick to what I know and the one I have experienced playing. But if there is a new casino that catches my attention, of course, I consider reading their TOS.

Lol, there's 2/5 who voted for no, wow.. I thought it's just me but there's still one.

Not totally that I'm not reading, sometimes I read but not all the sites I am playing, and sometimes I read when I am already gambling in the site for quite a while, not unlike other gamblers where they really follow the rules, read the TOS and then click the sign up, some people like me are just lazy, I call it small stuff and I also make sure I can afford to lose my money in any way, lock it and I won't complain if I know it already violated the TOS.

I voted Yes, so definitely, it will be one prerequisite for gamblers specially in crypto to read and understand, specially if we are talking about KYC submission. And there are cases wherein the issues arises for gamblers specially when they are about to withdraw big amounts from online gambling sites because suddenly KYC was required. And then it goes to a circus, the gamblers open a scam accusations, and then it becames a he said, she said war.
You would really need up to read everything if you don't like to experience headaches and problems because if you have done some deposit and then they do ask out for some KYC or being banned due to violation then that would really be a big hassle.
Reading up terms doesn't really consume out lots of minutes but only a few and doesn't really hurt if you do just spend some time on reading it and at least you are aware on what are the sites rules and regulation which you will be aware.
Im surprised that 1 person above doesn't really care on reading up websites terms.

Im the only 1 person who voted for "NO".

Well, im honest that i dont really read up much when it comes to terms. When i do saw a new gambling site then i do make registration and make some deposit directly.

We know that most of them arent really restricting several countries.Im just really that too lazy but so far i havent been blocked with this kind of behavior.(hopefully not).
Sooner or later i would able to find out when it comes to restriction but in most cases that do happen after i have played. hehehe

I read, in parts.
It is "complicated" to see all the terms, especially for those who still have some difficulty in English (like me).
However, I focus more on the parts where it talks about deposit and withdrawal limits, prohibited territories and other impositions, the need for KYC, ... these things that I consider most important.
Many times I read only after making the registration, but always before the first deposit.

Mostly never. People are using to many apps today and they don't have time to read every TOS. I'm not talking just about gambling. I personally use more than 20 apps on my phone. And betting sites have mostly similar TOs so I just assume everything will be fine and just click accept.

I read it especially when it's a new casino to know their website rules, their terms and limitations als what to expect in their website  withdrawal and deposit amount, what coins I can play with and etc. It's good to read terms in starting in a new casino to avoid mistakes later because we don't read it and blame the casino even though they put it their already, we should be a responsible gambler and make reading a habit but if it's already popular here in forum it's okay to skip reading just make sure that we're only playing in legit casinos.
