To be honest I used to skip it all and just agree but it all changed when I read that there are some gambling sites that froze some account because they broke the TOS.
That is when I started to read all of the TOS not just in gambling but also in other platforms as well.

I think the TOS for every gambling site does not have much different, but we need to read it all TOS if we want to know for more details. Maybe I am like you, which don't read the TOS because I don't search for many things on the gambling site. I only want to enjoy my free time by playing gambling games without any problem. If somehow I win, maybe that will be the time to read the TOS to find out more about withdrawal.

As a not active gambler, sometimes, I do reading the ToS of every gambling site, there are some terms that we should understand first before playing, I dot this whenever my friend has invited me to do so, but most of the time whenever I try some gambling site, I don't read the ToS, I am so tired reading it all, maybe I just read one to two-line sand then I skipped it right away and begin playing lol.
I read it especially when it's a new casino to know their website rules, their terms and limitations as what to expect in their website  withdrawal and deposit amount,
Yeah, that's true, I am looking only for some help about the withdrawal and depositing of the amount o I won't get nervous whenever the money that has been transferred is bot yet coming because sometimes it takes an hour.

First time visiting the thread to look at the pole the majority of vote is from yes but right now the majority of votes are in no.
It looks like the more people really doesn't care about the Terms of Service of gambling sites.

Some casinos may took advantage to its players knowing that most of them didn't read the Terms and Condition and might trick them out.

I vote yes, but not all the TOS I read just the part that I think is important like deposit, withdrawal, or if there is restricted countries mentioned.
With a long TOS and sometimes some that are difficult to understand, I'm sure many gamblers who choose to skip it, might not have a problem if the funds we use are small, but my advice is never to skip reading it if the site is new and the funds used are big enough.

Honestly, I don't read most parts of it. I scan through it but not necessarily read it words by words. There are instances that I don't read it, especially if I don't intend to use the platform for long, or was just there to try it out. I bet most gamblers don't bother reading the TOS.

I think only I'm who just lazy to read the TOS of a gambling site, It turns out that seeing the poll results more people who don't read
the TOS when joining the Gambling Site. Maybe there are many people today when choosing gambling based on reviews of gambling sites,
and sometimes the things we want to know about gambling sites are already in these reviews. So many people think they don't need to
read TOS anymore when joining gambling sites.

No, I think you are not alone because I think many people do the same as you. If people can read the reviews from here or search more about the gambling site, I think they will know what is necessary, and they will know how to avoid breaking the rule in that gambling site. If they can find the reviews from other members here, they can skip reading all of the TOS, and they will know the point. But it is better to read the TOS if we have time to read it, so we know more details about the rules on that gambling website.

No I did not but I do read articles about gambling casinos and they seems to have similar TOS, I just don't like long read if I am not going to deposit a huge amount of money there is no need to read just learn the basic and you will be ok and so far I am ok with the gambling sites I'm playing.
article is different and they dont cover the terms of service of a site but they mainly post the overview of the site such as its features  . you should read the terms of service of a site even if you deposit small amount because that is still money and you cant guarantee that you will be okay all the time , its better if we are prepared and equipped with knowledge .

That's also most of the time what I'm doing, reading articles and check if the sites are good in terms of working with their clients, TOS most of the time makes things boring when you decide to play, time consuming and most of the  time things take place or problem take place when you have decent funds or your account being subjected to any suspicious activities.
articles are seperated or they posted on another site and the info can be outdated and you cant rely of others feedback because that can be missleading . its better if we check it our selves  . i know its time consuming but lets not be lazy for our own good .  we can defence ourself if the site do something on our account because we already know all the rules

It looks like majority of players didn't read the terms and conditions rather than users who reads terms and conditions. It's true that sometimes we're lazy to read this because it's too long but what i do is search using the word search for the KYC and other stuff lang deposit and withdrawal to make it easier.

This means that you also don't read it.

Looking up only the KYC or withdrawal part and reading only sentences where these words appear is not reading the TOS.  Wink
I was honest with my pick because I don't read it. It's usually too long for me to bother. I rely on other people's opinions and reviews to find what I need.

TOS are long text, I think they should just put a audio/video reading it and the text are just optional that you can click to view and then a checkbox below when there is the need to agree.   Cheesy

I have not read any of it too but I will, however, ask the mods of the casino in teh chatbox what I needed to know if they'd treat it as illegal in some ways.  KYC most of the time is what I ask.
When i do saw those very long text then majority would really have the impression that they would most likely ignore it or they would just simply click out that agree button then proceed.
Most of gambling sites doesnt really have a pop up kind of terms which you would need to browse it when you are already on the site. How about giving up those terms when you do tend to
surf the site? The main window will show about terms and condition? on which it can possibly for users to read it up? but well this isnt something in house obligation though for them to read up the
terms because even if you do spoon feed those info it will be still just be ignored.

I want to make a survey from gamblers in the forum if they are really reading the TOS of the gambling sites they are playing with.

Therefore, I request you to vote and give an explanation on why you voted yes or no?
It's interesting that the results are basically spread 50/50. I think that only "yes" and "no" is not enough to see the whole picture. I don't read everything on every website because it's usually a pretty long text, but I do always go through the ToS, skim the text and pay attention to the parts about the rules, withdrawal/deposit, KYC. And from the responses I can understand that others sometimes do the same thing. So I voted 'yes', but it's not like I read all of it attentively from the beginning to the end. But not reading at all seems dangerous to be because you can break the rules without knowing it.

This is a great topic/poll this could be an evidence why sometimes players are getting their account frozen and confiscated the money on it. It looks like more players are not reading the terms of service of the gambling sites.

Well, am not a lawyer, i have limited time to read every bit of TOS in gambling websites. Apart from the gambling websites I care little for others because I mostly have little to lose. Sometimes the TOS of gambling websites looks bogus for my liken, and with my little zeal and patience for myself in terms of reading I only read few lines that  burndered on deposits and withdrawals, also, on their restrictions for countries.

I usually skim through them but I’m not going to get caught out because -

1.) I don’t multi account
2.) I don’t try & double spend
3.) I’m not involved in some weird, scammy betting ring
4.) I don’t use VPN so only play on casinos my jurisdiction allows me to
5.) If asked to provide KYC docs I do it

The above are 5 of the main reasons people get their money confiscated, accounts closed etc. It’s not tough to be a fair, honest gambler.

I read the TOS of the website I'm playing too especially if I'm going to choose it as my main platform on where I would play a lot. It's one of the things a player should do isn't? Maybe you just didn't know that the website you are playing are just fooling you or you might do something unexpected that against their TOS such as using multiple accounts and VPN.

I don't usually read TOS as long as the platform is already trusted by many users. I know it's wrong since we should know what's inside a TOS, much information there might help us in case of conflict so it's important to give attention to it. To be honest, I'm lazy to read, and just trusting a platform if it consists of a lot of good reviews. Also, if you're doing good and just doing casual betting on the platform, there will be no problem for you, it's fine if you didn't read it.
Me too as long as I see that it's a trusted casino I didn't go too deep in ther TOS since I know that I'm not going to be a high roller and just play casual just to entertain myself. I think a lot of people do the same thing, good thing I'm not the only one.
