I do not sell right away. That is not a nice step. For most of the coins, they go down in value as soon as they are listed on exchanges. It is mainly because of sellers who are very eager to sell them as soon as they are listed on exchanges, not only bounty hunters to be fair to them but also to a lot ICO investors who are buying tokens as mere investments.
I usually wait for the price to rise higher first because usually, the token price will decrease after the token appears on the exchange list. So I will wait for the next few months for the price to rise, so the money I invested in ICO is also growing.

I try to participate only in promising ICO projects, and therefore I almost never sell tokens obtained as a result of participating in the signature campaign. it depends on the season. if it is on bull season, i do sell right away and if it is bear season, i do hodl until the price reach my target.

the reason why we buy tokens during ICO it's because of its cheaper price and i believe ICO tokens are good for long term to become profitable, so it means investment is useless if you sell the token at early stage.

I prefer to wait when the token price is high, then sell it. because it is more profitable. and you can buy a good coin, from the sale of the token.
It depends in the progress made by the ICO. If the ICO didnt reach hardcap i do dumping but if ever they do reach Hard cap i hold it maybe it will rise jn the future.

sometimes i immediately sell token from bounty program in project when i have urgent need even though the price is very low. but if there is no need that requires me to sell tokens, then I will hold it until the price is high and get as much profit 
There are thousands of coins here and we can not have it all. And as an investor I think our main task is to make a decision to buy or sell coins based on our analysis. So I think holding or selling ico is part of our strategy in managing the portfolio.
