It depends on the project that is involve, I actually sell immediately, but of recent I noticed that waiting patiently for a few months before selling are favorable. Because most of the bounty token receivers sell immediately which tends to lower the price of the coin at that particular time.And once the coin is listed in exchange it increases the price so it is better to wait for a while before selling.
I wait for a long time. Because if you sell it right away many bounty token receiver is selling and the price become low because of the bounty receiver and the investor who earn the tokens in ICO. If you wait and hold the coin for a long term there have a chance that exchanger's price is higher than ICO price. That's why you really need to hold it.
But in fact there is such a moment that immediately was the price, and then the coin is not traded, how much to wait in this case?

I have a list of coin waiting to get on exchange, and after lots of studies on the project,i decided to hold some and sell some off,my advice is that you follow up on the project then make your decision.
It depends to the ICO. If I am sure at least 70% I will go for it. Of course I am checking first the potential of its coin then the my decision will depends of its structure or development. So to answer your question, I do it at the same time.

We have different strategy on market trading, I always base my decision on my project investment, the preview of market trading, the movement of the said project posted on the treed, consideration on long term and short term investment project, the price at the time I invested and the possible gain if I decided to sell it any time on the certain market trading. I simply follow my simple principle on Trading "Buy low and Sell high" although its very tiring and consuming which requires a lot of effort to monitor the market trading movement, whether it is right time to sell or wait until i feel more confident that my timing is right.

1If I need money, I do not mind its price. I will immediately sell the tokens.

If I do not need money and I see the potential of the token to rise in the future, I will hold it and wait for its price to rise more. But if I think that the token price is already high, I will sell it. I will not wait for its peak and besides I am still not good to determine if it is the highest price or not. If the price rises more, then I will just consider myself lucky to have that. Thw important thing is I earned instead of getting nothing.
Everything depends on what kind of situation happens on the market these days. Looking at the currency exchange I'd have half of my tokens lest on hold for the long term and sell half of them now.
I will choose to wait for the peak, especially the successful holding of ICO, reaching the listed token.

after tokens are listed in exchanges usually the price will go down because some bounty hunter sell their token. i usually hold for several month we can see rising price but if their value does not get better, then I will sell it
I'm waiting for a higher price. After completion of the ICO project it is necessary to wait about 6 months, this is the optimal amount of time. But there may be a significant price increase earlier.

I will sell the tokens that i got from bounty as soon as i receive it without thinking in the future the token price will go up or not. I get it for free so i think does not matter if i sell it immediately even with a not high price, as long as i think the amount total of sale of the token is enough for me. I'm not an expert in trading, so i can not determine if my token will be valuable or even worthless in the future, so as long as it has value why i should to hold it while i do not know the prospect of my token in the future. When i receive token from bounty campaign to choose to be hold in some part of token and other part i try to exchange some potential coin to hold also at long term method together with their specific goal value before it to sell.because if you have a good result both of them, patiently is word to be worth.
Ofcourse I always wait for the prices to reach its peak before I sell it because I can earn more if I wait for the prices to increase. You have to be more patient when it comes to selling so you can make huge profit or you can earn twice than your investment. Patience is the key in terms of earning here. You have to wait for the prices to increase before you sell specially if you want to be a millionaire. Before becoming a millionaire here you have to be patient and wise.
I look at the project Roadmap. If it's a quality project, I'm waiting for the time of important performances. I sell it when it's a full hype. But I usually sell early and regret it.

I prefer to hold tokens that I get for 3-4 months and get longer than that, so that the value will be high and I will get a better profit.
I sell half of the tokens I get through the awards or the ICO and I keep the other half.
I prefer to wait longer for a good exchange value of all my token. We should always be patient enough for the right time in trading all the token we receive in order to have a good profit earned.
