Yes. Most people think ICO is a scam. But still Many ICOs provide good projects. Personally I do not invest in ICO, but I spend my time on bonuses, hoping someday it will bring some profit to me.
Periodically, I allocate part of the funds for investing in ICO. But for this I do a deep analysis of the project. If the project has large discounts on the seed phase, I don't invest there. The last experience is Metadium, through the entrance at the seed phase, came out to breakeven. Also invested in Bidooh and waiting for the end of the ICO. 99.99% of all projects at the moment have nothing to attract to invest in them.
I like to keep my options open and to find more about new technology so yes...I am an ICO investor also in times like these.
At the moment we are 11 month into a bear market and it could possibly be 2 years or more before we get to that stage again.

Personally, I was disappointed in the ICO in the early summer of this year. After May, they demanded only the approval of love for their projects, but then did not bring profit.
I believe in ICOs because I think ICOs are great opportunity to invest and to make profits. Right now I am taking advantage of low prices and I invest more.
many of the ICO proved successful and cannot hurt to trust the ICO to this time because there are certainly still has potential. though indeed many ICO contains scam, if can be selective in choosing ICO then this will remain the case that delivers results. still, believe in ICO are still needed as this could provide a little bit of profit and not even if the ICO.

Some of the new ICOs are promising. But one has to choose carefully and the process can consume a lot of time. Thus these ICOs are mostly suitable for people who are doing crypto full time and can give a lot of time to it.
There are a lot of promising ICOs out there but it is true that you will be risking your investment if you do it without prior research. by looking at the current conditions of all markets, everyone I think is still unsure of investing. because they think that the digital currency will end. but if I think differently in this situation. for now I prefer to invest. because all prices of digital currencies have decreased in price. Investing in ICO is the best thing to do to move up in process but its not for everyone because not everyone knows how does a project work, and they dont have any information about the market. ICOs are the best to those people who knows how the market works and how the flow chart works.

Yes, I do still believe in ICO's, of course for the legitimate ICO's. It's been few months now that ICO's is gaining a bad reputation due to a lot of scammers and illegitimate ICO's. Opportunity these days aren't that much. And you can't be sure of the ICO that you are interested with if you will do your research. Without diligence, you're likely to fall to a scam if you are into ICOs and just put your money carelessly.There are still some nice ico campaigns to follow
