I have not done this for a long time, but before I was really active at these airdrops, especially the days when you could at least get $5-10 for every project that will give out their coins. Now, it's all either dust or zero. It's back in the days when Etherdelta was still alive, I have no idea if they are still running. Because it can easily be sold for Ethereum and cashed out.
Never have I seen recently a project which airdropped a coin that gained value. Most of them are just created for fun, scammers, or those without a future. Continuing this kind of path is just a waste of energy and effort and you are wide open for an attack. I would not recommend it anymore and it's a pain in the ass finding where those airdrops came from.
During the peak time of bitcoin and bull run, you are right that doing airdrops definitely was a smart thing to do, even if some of them did not pay, you could participate in like 10-20 of them in a single day, and that means even if one of them paid, that wasn't bad.

People made hundreds of dollars by just retweeting something, and that's per month, not per project. I highly recommend staying away from them right now because that really doesn't mean that it could work very well for a while, it is going to end up with being something quite terrible in the short period of time, but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with a good profit today, we need to wait for the bull.

It can be said that the game of hunting Airdrop has become more and more difficult and complex. You will not be able to earn much if you do not invest in them. Do all you can with all your might. Very few cases are really lucky to receive huge remuneration. I've seen APTOS and now people are coming to SUI like crazy.

New projects these days use are taking advantage of their airdrop participants. Instead of getting paid, participants usually end up as the one who is paying and buying their coins. Fake projects are here and there and are just launching airdrops to fool people so it's really hard to trust airdrops nowadays. I think it's already rare to find legit and trusted airdrops because some projects these days were only made to scam people.

Most of the airdrop events is a scam, it will drain you wallet once you use the airdrop. A lot of them is from known coins or nfts some of them is random so you can tell already that something is fishy with that airdrop. But from my experience, I've encountered an airdrop which is legit and easy money I can tell its legit because I've participated in the given event with the assurance from the team. Its important to ask first before clicking once you click some fake, you assets will be gone in just sec. Always check the source and the wallet address because you can get lucky sometimes if its legit and you thought it was a fake airdrop.

It is true that there are many fake airdrop incidents that aim to cheat people and steal their assets. It is important to be careful and do your due diligence before attending any airdrop event. It is a good practice to check the source and wallet address to ensure the legitimacy of the airdrop. It is also a good idea to verify the information provided and research the project and the team behind it. However, it is important to note that all airdrops are not a guaranteed way to make money and should not be relied upon as the sole source of income. Always exercise caution and use common sense when participating in any crypto related activities.

like what i asked above , can you name those airdrop that had paid you as claimed?

I joined Airdrops a long time ago. Many of them got good profit from Airdrops like DAPPX, LTX, Zilliqa etc. Some of them cost $100+. And I know some Telegram channels where legitimate airdrops are shared such as Airdrop Detective, Airdrop Inspector, Airdrop Ninja, Official Airdrop6, Airdrop Star etc

for me "yes" because airdrop already give me some money and that prove that airdrop has pay, but yeah many project maybe will scam or we got our token but cannot sell it because no value there, but there will be good project and you will get that if you do all the aridrop.
Yes, this happens a lot and we take it for granted in Airdrops, I've also had some pretty high payouts from airdrops in recent years, but lately more and more airdrops are scams and just trash you get, and maybe something like that. that's the project fighter airdops, just depends on luck.
I want to ask do you have a special classification of working on airdrops, or do you take everything available in the media and you do it all? Sometimes I feel lazy in doing airdrops because a lot of them are worthless, can you give me a suggestion.

There are still some good projects in Airdrop. So we should find out the best projects and join them to earn a passive income from Airdrop hunting. For me I still hund from Airdrops.
can you share at least the recent airdrop that you partake and how much you've earn? because it is easy said than done as there are so much scam happening in airdrop nowadays like how ICO scam people back in the years.

As for me, I still hunt for airdrops but like once in a Blue Moon and I have different wallets specially created for them. I've been scammed back in 2018 using a basic "link-clicking" trick, so I try not to get scammed again.

Almost all airdrop videos on YouTube are all scams, do not try hunting for airdrops using YouTube videos, those airdrops links in Youtube videos are all fake links and once you connect your wallet your tokens will be wiped out.

Find the project team or the o projects official telegram group and ask them if they are doing any airdrops or giveaways, this is the perfect way to expose or know the truth about any airdrop campaign.

Let's be careful what we connect our crypto wallets to.
As a free bounty hunter, I will never stop finding interesting prizes provided by prize managers, whether it's in the form of airdrops or prizes given in ongoing bounty programs. therefore I will continue to look for the gifts that are given.

As for prizes that are only obtained for free, namely Airdrops, I noticed that there were no airdrops like we used to see before. Everything changes and we adapt to it gradually. Don't be surprised if many cryptocurrency projects become scams and if we are not careful we will have so many bad projects that will make investors lose money every time.

It is very difficult to get a legit airdrop now, most of the airdrops you will discover now are all scam and fake, some  people are launching airdrop just because they want to scam other people, why I don’t even know the reason why some people launch airdrop because the coin they will distribute is always useless, it will just be in your wallet without having any use. If you want to make money in crypto, it’s better you just get money and invest, stop wasting your time looking for free money.
I have hunter for.many airdrops and some I never get them because the team do not care about if we received our pay or not. After then I became very careful about the way I go for airdrops since I may do the normal task and never get any rewards. There are some that I made good profits from which makes me very happy to be a part of it.

im still hunt because im here from 2017, that a long time ago, even if i only get little by little money from here or some airdrop.
i still hunt for that, because it really pay and i can earn money, we know maybe that not at all we can get money, like mostly project will fail than success.
but its not problem for me because I'm used to this situation.
If you hunt airdrops since 2017, you must know how the difference between the old airdrops and the current airdrops. In 2017 or 2018, there were still many airdrops that can earn a good amount of money. While the current airdrops mostly just earn cents only. That's why people who hunt airdrops for a long time, aren't interested anymore to hunt airdrops nowadays. They assume it only wastes time and effort. So, I am surprised that you still want to hunt airdrops until now.

no, to hunt for airdrop prizes just seems to tire me out of work. besides having no value, sometimes airdrop providers only use their participants to work for them and in the end they don't get paid as previously promised. this is the reason I no longer like and hunt for Airdrops.
but if there are people who like to chase airdrops to get free prizes, it's also not wrong to join, maybe there are airdrop providers who appreciate the work of their participants.

Air drop projects are mostly fake and scam projects.  99 percent airdrop projects are scams and unsuccessful projects. Many times it is seen that during the air drop they ask to connect the wallet to their website and when the hunters connect the wallet to their website, the fraudster steals all the assets in their wallet. Apart from that Airdrop Hunters must be careful about this and always try to avoid connecting wallets to their website.

Airdrops are no longer interesting or meaningful to me, except to do some airdrops to choose to buy promotions in the FCFS group in 2021. Also, I am no longer associated with airdrop projects, if  need advice for airdrop i think forget about airdrop and focus on bounty or learn investment experience, it will be much better.  Lol

I also ignore airdrop nowadays.  I used to be active in participating airdrops back 2015 - 2017 because airdrops during those years really worth a lot.  Developers are generous airdroping a Bitcoin worth of their token and there is no need to follow, retweet etc conditions.  We just need to drop our wallet address and voila, we are airdropped with their coins that is on the exchange for trading.

When 2018 come lots of scam project saturate the market, others even refuse to pay or send the promised airdrop so starting that year, I often ignore airdrop messages and invitation to participate.

I highly agree, nowadays most airdrops are just a waste of the wallet. There is no value at all and I think that the developers of those tokens are just waiting to be traded on the market and make a community that can sell it once it has value then they can take advantage and dump it right away.

Hoping that there will be an airdrop that is worth it like before and not just created by developers who want to earn quick money by just scamming people.

Yeah, I see where you're coming from. Surely those people that fell for it would learn it anyway but if they did not that's where it is safe to call them the "s" word. I've been a victim of such scams before, and even got my private key almost stolen from airdrop emailed to me, but I learned it the hard way though it was complete stop for me on pursuing these types of airdrops anymore.

Some other users mentioned in here a better way of hunting airdrops, but I'll pass on that.
all of us mate actually are once become a victim from this scammers and yes I am not calling them S word instead being a willing victim is far from that because they allow this to happen like what you said after being scammed and yet you allow to happen?
but yes let other users for this and we will pass mate.
