I also ignore airdrop nowadays. I used to be active in participating airdrops back 2015 - 2017 because airdrops during those years really worth a lot. Developers are generous airdroping a Bitcoin worth of their token and there is no need to follow, retweet etc conditions. We just need to drop our wallet address and voila, we are airdropped with their coins that is on the exchange for trading.

When 2018 come lots of scam project saturate the market, others even refuse to pay or send the promised airdrop so starting that year, I often ignore airdrop messages and invitation to participate.

You may have passed several potential airdrops in the past few years, many airdrops are worth more than $500-1k which I got during the previous 2 years vulnerable, even this year there was a list of potential airdrops but they did not produce high results because there were so many airdrop participants today and they still taking advantage of opportunities from airdrop revenue.

It's not. The airdrops of the bull period were at least worth something and it was good, these days we have things that do not even worth anything at all and they are just futile working attempts and nothing more.

I highly suggest that if you are in the crypto world and want to be interested in making small amount of money, then chase faucets or something, don't know if there are still any, but it would be smarter. Hell go for community moderator jobs, there are websites with crypto jobs, and you could make a bit of money that way, otherwise it makes no sense to actually make a big attempt and work hard for any airdrop at all, they are all worthless.

It's a good warning for awareness. Do not integrate their wallets with links that you do not trust or consider suspicious to receive airdrops. Maybe those who do this job new wallet for these airdrop works. I haven't been interested in airdrops for a long time. Now the format of the airdrops has changed, giving more difficult missions. It is a time when you really need to take your time and do it knowing that you will gain no evil in the end.

But the airdrop that you say is dex is actually not easy, it even costs more than $10 or even $100 but it's not certain even though they will come as a new dex later and try to do bridges or other types of transactions actually this also doesn't guarantee it's just that now is the hype of the airdrop.

And it's true that the most important thing is to be selective in how you assess a project at the beginning it will become big later, even though this won't be easy if you believe in the airdrop so now there have been many popping up like this, but you don't know whether it will be successful or not.

I don't stop hunting airdrop because all my portfolio on exchange account from airdrop project.

In my opinion, it is not easy to find legitimate airdrops here in cryptocurrency these days. pay very little value and usually not even reach 1$.

Rather than participating in such a waste of time and effort, it's better to spend it studying in this industry. Also, sometimes those airdrops in new projects are used by fraudsters to phish their victims, so extra caution is needed.

So that i don’t think Airdrop means free tokens, because you have to complete a few steps as like follow,tweet,share to their all social media platform, you can't participate without your own social media handle, most annoying thing is a lot of Airdrops asking to complete KYC that's absolutely high risky. Now it’s pretty difficult to get profit from Airdrop.

In my opinion, to minimize getting scammed when participating in air drop research, first look for an official or large air drop, don't fomo or follow other people, do your own research, don't carelessly connect a wallet, if you can, use a cold wallet or a new wallet so that you don't get scammed when running a project or other air drops.

Does it make sense to participate in drops today?It seems to me that today developers are not very interested in adequately rewarding new users. Most often the distribution of new tokens is more like a publicity stunt,but definitely not as income for new users.

If you are joining an airdrop always use an new wallet especially that task requires for connecting in your wallet. It is best strategy not to get hack from that shady airdrops and always join from reliable sources or any famous airdrop groups in the telegram to assure legit airdrops. Of course never pay for airdrop, they are just free. If they ask fees for it, then it is a scam.

now the climate is different for airdrops in the past and now. if we only depend on income from airdrops it might feel heavy and true like a waste of time. on the other hand for prize campaigns are also not good in terms of income. therefore no matter how much income we get from all of this, of course we have to invest some of it. and I think this is an effective way for now and start to learn trading. especially now that more and more hunters are joining, of course reducing the portion of the prize

I remember last year, I did some airdrops and they were all shared to participants, I was happy when I received the airdrop and the price was showing in my trust wallet after I checked it on Coingecko, the Airdrop were worth almost $1.5k in value but on checking the liquidity, it was empty, users couldn't sell because there were no buyers, they tricked us into doing some task only to be given some worthless ardrops. Several scam airdrops I received were locked when they began trading; you could not sell them because the team was attempting to avoid a dump; I'm not always lucky with airdrops.

Because during bull runs for some reason or another everything has a value and that makes it worth it, and I support doing it during those times since I could make some profit with it. However, if we are talking about this bear market that we are in right now, then I would suggest not to do it because nothing really worths money at the moment.

I mean the big ones could be a good way to invest, bitcoin and ethereum and so forth but those are big ones and not have any airdrop, or if there is any airdrop or bounty that pays in stablecoins then that would be good as well. However, during the bear market, never take newly created tokens at all.

Actually, I am joining airdrops again after 2yrs. I have a community in a social media platform wherein people send airdrops from reliable resources and also you can try to join airdrop in coingecko as well or coinmarketcap I heard that there are some new projects who gives airdrop in that website. As what I observe it is more good if your are joining an airdrop that is happening in Twitter and discord.
