Well in my opinion this is an opinion of a minority of people who are active in crypto. I guess you are not that good in doing day trades. I know some who earn a living making day trades and they are successful in that field whether crypto is in the bear or not. You are making statements that would comfort those who do not know the day trade skill and those who are long term investors. I don't invest, I join bounties and earn my tokens by working the bounties. And so far my experiences are fine. Not everybody are investors. Yes i always believing on cryptocurrency and the current dumping that we encounter today cannot affect of my belief and to those who quit will soon realize once cryptocurrency market become more profitable again.
Yes I really believe in cryptocurrency especially on its market, this gave me a huge income last December 2017 from all of my coins I invested. Sometimes all you need is to believe and you will be rewarded, of course you have to study the market too in order not to lose your investments.
