I have planned to purchase one but did not in the end cause of the high fees since the only available currency usually are USD, EUR and GBP . The virtual card are cheap and affordable but the physical one is not . Overall, I find using bitcoin debit card is an expensive one . It is much more cheaper and easier to covenrt your coins to your local currency and send it to your regular debit card .

Just curious how many users use one of these..

I've started using Xapo and its pretty good actually.
I can buy whatever I want with BTC.

They have some fees,I tried finding some companies with lower fees but no luck.

They card costs 18$,I guess it was..Actually all companies want like 15$-20$ for a debit card.
Which is a good investment..I guess..

Which one do u use and what are their fees? Smiley

No, I don't have any and there's no access to get bitcoin debit card in my place as far as I know.
Will do some research about it.
However, I don't interested to use those kind of card because it make me easier to spend my bitcoin as I have planning only saving it as my backup plan if I don't have any choice, but for now my fiat savings still could cover my expenses.

I use unverified Wirex with two different addresses. I like I can have any name on the card and it doesn't char me to spend in shop, only to withdraw from a cash point.

I use Bitcoin debit card and it works well for me. Spending Bitcoins with card is much more easier and convenient and it's accepted everywhere, I can buy everything I want, pay for any service. I don't think that fees are exaggerated for the service you get, you also have to pay different fees for fiat cards but still we all use them.

I would rather use my regular debit card issued by my bank than use Xapo or some other Bitcoin debit card. The annual fees are high and there is no real need for them. A better option would be to keep all my Bitcoins unless I really need to spend them because everything I need can be bought with fiat.

No I do not have any bitcoin Debit card as there is no any ATM for bitcoin in my country, but i heard on this bitcoin forum that some countries use bitcoin debt card and few sites allows that ,I hope it will reach sooner to our country as the users of bitcoin are increasing faster in my country and the government is also in its favor.

yes i heard it too that in some countries receive bitcoin debt card, maybe in 2017 we can see there are store online and store offline will be accepting bitcoin and bitcoin debit card so we can buy product. for now, i am enjoy to receive and send bitcoin without using bitcoin debit card.

It would be a great news that btc can be used for debit card more convenience is awaiting for the shoppers online and just like on my online wallet convertion to fiat currency is an option and its possible to be link with a debit card account to link to payments online. Hopefully this 2017 it will be more developed and more progressive on bitcoin.transaction and adoption of bitcoin using can be more applicable by most countries.

In my country this debit card is not available to use yet.
It is strange because very many people use it now and it is well known and widely accepted in most world shops from what I heard of now.

I never tried using Bitcoin Debit Card is this for real? because i never knew about the bitcoin card i only use exchange website where i can buy or sell my bitcoin and if the cards for free i am going to order 1 to try but if that card cost me 18$ then no way i want to use my bitcoin wallet as my bank

Yeah that is exactly my question before if there is really a bitcoin debit card cause I never heard of it just on this post.  And according to those people who have read and have idea of what debit card is, it usually ask for a higher fee.  So I think it is much better if we justnkeep it on our wallet since there is no difference I guess.

I want to use it but their fee is to high.
People won't buy something with high price, we want cheap goods.
But the debit card make us pay more. Better use real money to get normal price.
Until one of them can service us with low fees.

I am not sure what I use a bitcoin debit card or not. I just convert my bitcoins in fiat directly in my digital fiat wallet named Freecharge and every freecharge user get a master card virtual credit card, so basicially I am using fiat virtual credit card which is used to top up with bitcoins.

I would like to try new services where I will be able to use debit/credit cards directly without using fiat in it (directly bitcoins).

Been using uQuid for a while now and like the proces very much, The fact that you can get your BTC processed to USD and use it as fast as using a DC is great. The fees are not that favorable overall though and probably you could sell BTC at a better price and get some % if you do it on Localbitcoins or the like.

I never tried using bitcoin debit card is this worth using for ? because here in my country we have bitcoin atm machines already where we can easily exchange our bitcoin into cash that fast but im not going to use it because sometimes some atm machines are planted of some skimped materials that copy the user and pass or information of the account.
