I still think that bitcoin debit card are having a lot of issues and it's better for my opinion to make a local card and exchange the money and deposit like that, because you need to pay for holding the card + fees for checking balance, withdrawing etc. and it's better in a current moment to use your debit card and deposit it from exchaning bitcoin to stated currency

No, I don't use a bitcoin debit card because of the high fees I needed to pay for the services provided by the company that issued the card to me, I would rather use credit cards provided by banks that charges lower annual fees for purchasing items online.

Just curious how many users use one of these..

I've started using Xapo and its pretty good actually.
I can buy whatever I want with BTC.

They have some fees,I tried finding some companies with lower fees but no luck.

They card costs 18$,I guess it was..Actually all companies want like 15$-20$ for a debit card.
Which is a good investment..I guess..

Which one do u use and what are their fees? Smiley

not yet, but i want to know and i want to using bitcoin debit card, where i can get it?? all country have bitcoin debit card or just limited?

I don't use bitcoin debit card because it is not a wise decision for me because i'd rather put my bitcoins on a cold storage or use it to trade altcoins rather than putting it on a debit card that can be use to pay the things that i will buy which is not a wise practice for me because i always think for either saving or earning more bitcoin for long term and not for using it as a money.

In my opinion, Bitcoin debit cards are providing a very convenient to convert Bitcoin to physical cash and it can be withdrawn anywhere in the world mostly when there are ATMs you can easily get your cash without so much hassles. Of course, this service is more inclined to people who are planning to spend their Bitcoin with anything. A person who is trading will not transfer his Bitcoin to the debit card company, of course.

Yes I do for a long time now and I'm very satisfied with that service. It's very convenient to use and you don't have to worry if some merchants accepts Bitcoins or not. Without Bitcoin debit card I don't know how would I use Bitcoins in everyday life for everyday expenses so I don't understand people so don't see the POINT of such card. Because Bitcoins are not made just to be kept in the wallet and not used for anything and not everyone wants to exchange it for fiat and leave traces on bank account.

I don't really understand the point of them. It's just too easy to change between Fiat and Bitcoin and back again. Really I kind of used Bitcoin for one set of things and fee on for another set of things so I don't see the need to have that sort of instant access through an ATM card.

XAPO is making ways to make their wallet more usable by their holders, tho it is a good strategy, but it will make the users to spend more, anyway who does not want to  try to spend their bitcoin in public.

I agree with you buddy, they are making way to earn more from their users by using the fees charge,

Though it was a nice strategy for those business minded, but to the users you cannot save that easy if you got an option of having this debit card.

They are not international entity yet and they lack the customer base for that reason. Though they have created a spendable bitcoin through debit cards but it's not use if I can't spend or use my crypto card in other countries. It should have that potential as I can just fly with it anywhere in the world. Now that would be great experience to tell anyone I meet with my bitcoin card. :-)

I would really love to have a bitcoin debit card but sadly most top bitcoin debit card companies doesn't ship to my country so I use Payza MasterCard. Even though its not a bitcoin debit card, you can upload funds on it with USD and exchange it to bitcoin on the same site. You can also use it to withdraw your btc to a bank.

I did not know that PAYZA was doing this kind of development, but I figured out how it works, but I'll look at the details later, I guess there is no card fee, is it free?

Understand the answer first because he didn't mean that bitcoin is been adopted by payza team. He just said he is already using master and payza cards to credit with funds in his account not btc wallet. So there is no answer for your question asked here.

I'd use such a card for sure. I don't want to exchange the majority of my BTC and I'd better exchange small parts of my holding when I buy something...

They don't cost too much but I think that I'm spending the wrong money If i choose to spend bitcoin through bitcoin debit cards, they are good if we have no other option to spend the funds but for normal cases I wouldn't spend the bitcoins.

A few days back, I got one from Bitplastic. The limits are quite low, and the fee is very high. But still, I thought that I should get one. In India, the government is generally suspicious of Bitcoin activity, and there is a real chance that they will shut down the online exchanges. In such instances a debit card will become very useful.

Bitcoin in my country are still banned and no one has used it officially as a means of payment. No news as to tell that there are outlets that accepted bitcoin. This ia because peoples knows bitcoin is still scarce. If I have a debit card bitcoin, of course, is not useful, so I do not have a debit card bitcoin.
That is very bad for your country that your country have banned bitcoin I think they do not know the benefits of bitcoin. According to my views if a country will deny their citizens from bitcoin then they are indirectly denying their people from the development and success.
Government have reason cannot accept Bitcoin. In fact, if they accepts an asset nobody management it, just by rich man and miner control all system (example 51% attack or control price on market), have many risk when accept Bitcoin. And they also do not taxes fee Bitcoin user Tongue
