Well reading prior comments on this thread I understand how this can work by linking your btc wallet to your actual debit account and I think this would be very beneficial for us users. The only wish I have is for it to be available in more areas as for now, even if I have one of those, I can only use it for online purchases from businesses that actually accept btcs as payments.

Well, now i don't need it, because i don't want to use these type of cards, because i already have a lot of other fiat cards, But when i need it, than off course i will choose it. My main reason is that i just buy bitcoin only for holding, not for use the bitcoin. I usually use the bitcoin in gambling and trading. Well, when i decided to use the debit bitcoin card than i will take step.

One of the reason why I don't use a plastic one is that I don't like their fees and their recent reviews (like wirez/cryptopay/spectrocoin)
I use time to time the virtual one and I don't have any issue but haven't used any plastic one yet.

Currently I don’t use a physical debit bitcoin card because I don't see any need for it, but I do use a vcc from time to time that I can load with bitcoins so I can buy software and games that I need online.
As long as you are shopping through online and only for digital goods, I guess you will not be needing plactic bitcoin debit cards, you can simply manage with VCC. But when it comes for physical shopping, bitcoin debit cards will be very handy. If you are not a dedicated bitcoin holder for long term, you may think about buying one plastic card.

I don't use bitcoin debit card because it is additional expenses and bother. I use CEX.IO instead. I sell bitcoins when I need and withdraw them from cex wallet directly to my regular Visa bank card and pay for this withdrawal $3.80 only. This is a cheapest fee. BTW, it's instant!

This is a nice feature for all exchanges to have. I believe the next exchange to implement something like this will be Bitstamp or Kraken. I have one question. Does the card have to be Visa? Do they also accept Master Card?

You can use MasterCard as well, but fees for Visa are lower. )

I do not currently use bitcoin debit card. I know the convenience provided by the bitcoin debit card, but in my town are very rare stores that accept credit cards or the like, they are still using cash
so for the moment I do not use a  bitcoin debit card

i hope that my country will collaborate with bitcoin too so banks here in my country will accept bitcoin so i can buy anything with my bitcoins. that will be a good advantage for me because most of my salary is in bitcoin because i like putting all of it on bitcoin because bitcoin is more secure than banks here in my country.
we are also hoping the same. because in my country still there is not such facilities that bitcoin is providing in other countries of the world. hope that in future bitcoin will be accepted by banks and all the big shopkeepers  will also providing facilities to customers to use bitcoin for shopping.

No i don't use it, but i have plan to use it in the future and my choice for it, will to be https://uquid.com/
I have some reasons why choose it,
1. It has good rate for bitcoin's price (using bitpay to convert in giat)
2. They accept altcoins too, not only bitcoins.
3. There are no verification be needed for use it.
4. They have high limit.

I dont have a Bitcoin debit card, but i have an idea of getting a debit card. I live in india and i dont think that i can get a bitcoin debit card here now.
In india using bitcoin debit card is legal? i want to go there too im hoping that there is or it will be happening on my country soon that they will be create bitcoin debit card where we can use it physicaly we have already but its virtual card only we use it to shop online Smiley

Actually the problem is that still Bitcoin status is not clear that is why the bitcoin debit card company are not accepting Indian users to issue bitcoin debit card, but very soon we Indian will also enjoy the benefit of bitcoin debit card as the awareness and acceptance of bitcoin is growing very fast in India
I don't know about that, India’s government seems to be on a crusade against their citizen with the excuse that they are trying to stop money laundering, they have stole people's gold and they forbid the higher bank notes in their country so I don't think we are going to see that anytime soon.

same is the case in my area also, we have no facilities here to get a bitcoin debit card, may be the reason that my country the users of bitcoin are still not so much, but hope that in future we will also enjoy these facilities.

I never know about the bitcoin debit card. is it the same as normal debit card of the bank?
How can we transfer bitcoin to cash for withdrawing money at ATM?

I have not even own one but I know it will be cool for countries like USA or Uk whose currencies are quoted directly unlike me over here because we even have the official and the non-official exchange rate which is cheaper and has more gain. And now with A debit card to be use on our ATMs then I will be paid using the official rate in which I would have gained more, going through the way of exchangers who are likely to use the parallel rate with premium.
