There are still good projects out there. The season of countless and pointless ICOs being almost over, most of what we have now are reasonable projects solving real issues. One interesting project I'm looking into is HiNounou. They are focused on seniors and their health and wellness, HiNounou is able to detect susceptibility to diseases and other risk factors . This project is bringing blockchain to the elderly and binging adoption more into sight. But it's main perk is that seniors live a better and longer life, and are cared for too.
It is very difficult for us to make profit because we are still in the bear market .That's why i find it too risky to invest for the time being. The best is to join bounty campaigns and try our luck.

You can find everything there but all you have to do is review will before participating through there whitepaper, roadmap, websites and the people behind if they are real and have a transparent identity espicially the CEO of that project . we should always vigilang here to avoid scammer attack us.

The legitimacy of the ICOs will depend on us not by the others as there are many bounty platform that are already known for the quality services but still the scam ICOs can able to by pass them like you heard the the famous CENTRA coin in which even they use celebrity endorsers and most trusted platforms but still in the end it turned out to be scam. Yes it is still safe, there are still thousands of coins in the market to choose from to invest in and if you want to play it safe then you just have to make sure that they are good ones, when it comes to ico projects then you have to be extra careful since there is more risk of you losing your money with new coins since they are more likely to fail than that old ones

there is no guarantee that every investment is safe especially for ico. you have to know that, as you say it is one of the real factors.

It is never safe to make investments but we still do it anyway because we know that where there is risks, then there is reward to be had. You just have to make sure that you have invested in the coins that are going to last for the long term. That way you can be sure that no matter what happens to the market, your coins will always have value
It all depends on how much the ICO plans to collect funds for your project, and even if this plan is cut back and ultimately did not collect a top plan ICO not sovcap.Sometimes the team puts too high prices for tokens for ICO and at the pre ICO put all sky-high prices ine it is surprising that even the sovkep is collected.Investors expect to get at least double what is seen in the charts of calculations and in the end there is also an issue.

I think the concept of investment is not really destined by time. You can invest anytime. Since not all altcoins have a good price. Do not generalize that all ICO is increasing or decreasing. You can always find some which are promising but also surprising.

You must be very careful of your capital or else you will be losses your investment , there's so many ICO projects in the found in the bounty thread but it needs a thorough review before posting capital on it .
