Definitely panicking doesn't help anyone feel better in bad situations. Panicking always puts me in a state of depression because i would feel that all i've working to get better altcoins is fruitless and aimless
Well, everytime i have tokens in my wallet it made me depressed when the market has started to dumped this is why i made it feel panic selling but i always have to keep in mind that patience is the key to success. I use to wait more than a weeks until it to recover the market.
I am disappointed with the market because my losses have exceeded 50%, and the bull market has no signs of coming. Sometimes I will ask if I should leave this game!
Of course, panicking does make you feel unease and depress if you don't handle it well. To be honest, It's really depressing to see how your investment goes down, specially in this market. But experience will help us be a wiser investors. So yeah, maybe in my early days I feel those things, but now, I'm relaxed.

If the drop is caused by major issue regarding the token and the team I'll pretty much check their updates to keep on track whether they will continue or not. If they seems to be half-hearted I'll immediately sell it to stop loss and recovery by trading. If the token has such value in few years time and the drop is cause by FUD then it is a buy signal to get more token for a cheaper price. To be depressed or happy will always be on your perspective. Remember cryptocurrency is not for the feint of hearts.
There is no reason in worrying about the things that you cannot affect. So when the market falls, I am still calm and it is the best strategy so far.
I feel depression because I don't see that coins I bought earlier not raising in their price and of course I am worrying about this all the time

Maybe you should at least a small part of their money to invest in the currently promising coins? To get at least a small profit. But it is very risky. There is simply no exact guarantee that everything will improve by the new year.

It seems to me that the answer is obvious. Of course, I feel depressed. Firstly, due to the fact that I sell at a regular price, and secondly, I begin to doubt and think about the fact that the price may rise again and I am selling in vain now. It's hard 
I never panicked hard! I always think people are retards to make the price of something fluctuate so much when the coin is basically the same coin yesterday and today!
if it turn out that, ill just sit it back and forget it then ill check the chart looking where to scale or buy more to less my average buy in. i usually dont go all in on alts i always keep enough FIAT on my back so when those things happen i can buy more to lessen my average

I will always try to hold my coin, i have so many experience if there will be a big bull trend and it will get a big pump at the same time.
