It is frustrating to see our holdings being dumped hard in the market but it is just normal here in crypto. If you are selling those coins then you lose and that is for sure and you don't have the chances anymore to recover your money unless you buy back. Holding is the best strategy in this scenario and tons of patience is needed also.

I learn to accept all of my decision and try to improve my trading skill to not make mistakes again.
When something is wrong, it makes me angry and when I am angry it is more comfortable for me to make tough descisions faster, so andger is very good.
What will be happening if you have been choosing the wrong decision because you were angry before? It sounds ridiculous for me personally. 
It doesn't make sense for me personally and i can all that as a nice joke by you dude. When you are feeling angry and your emotional is not controllable. This is what i thought about that.
Actually it will feel depressed we know why ? Because we always concern of what happen our coins we have now maybe it will gonna dump the price in the bottom, So that's why we have a chance to sell it early even if n a low of price.
When I first started, I felt both or even worst. Always checking my portfolio to see if there is any increase, it wasn't funny, but not anymore as I have gotten tough and wise.

Many people feel the same way. For them selling once the market value of a token fall, is the best thing to do in order to cut the loss on their profit and in such way, they are releasing their stress. But some people do still hold no matter how bad or worse the situation gets because of their dedication which helps them to ignore the negativities from the continuous downrtrend. so basically, the effect does depend on one's perspective and determination. Six months later, I was biting my elbows and very nervous in such cases. It was very unpleasant to go to losses. Now my nerves have hardened and I have become more cold-blooded.
Panicking will never give you some benefits, because the only decisions you can do while panicking is selling your coins that you have hold for such a long period of time! Stay strong and hold your crypto till the better times.
If the coin is unpromising then I sell it immediately no matter how much it costs, and if the coin has great potential in the future, I do not worry at the time of the fall in its value.

Panic makes me feel extremely bad, because I feel like I am not able to make even the simplest possible descions, which makes me scared for my life.
I never threw away my coin even though it reached the lowest price, I continued to maintain and was sure the coin would rise again, only it took a long time.
I have not felt panic for a long time. Maybe it's sad if the coin has fallen a lot. But it is clear that I do not run at once to sell. Most of the coins I have are ready to hold for a long time, so temporary losses do not drive me into depression

I myself will feel unease, cause doing a panic selling doesn't bring any good. We don't just lost our coins but also our investment that should give us a good fortune in the future. That is what i hope on any investment.
I was depressed, afraid of causing me to collapse, not a bit of strength to continue work, only when the mental stability and then I give me the feeling of relaxation and continue to work job.

I really feel excited when people sell off their altcoins. Because according to historical records, I have anticipated the future of crypto at this time, so when the bitcoin grew to $ 19k, I sold off all my altcoins and bitcoins. Then I worked on the bounty campaign and sold all the tokens at that high price. Currently I have huge capital and I always wait when the market drops sharply. And this is going to be a good time to invest. 
panic sell will not lead to good results. when experiencing a fall in price so it is better to find a solution so as not to experience a loss. able to cut losses or also hold back so as not wrong decision too long and resulting in a big loss. When only proposes the panic then don't expect can produce big in crypto.
