I actually installed the firmware on a few different machines and never has the ssh password get changed. I'm not sure what the point would even be for them to change the ssh password... its a piece of cake to change back to stock. My guess is if people are getting the ssh password changed it was a bug.

I'm more concerned about the methodology for pool swapping to mine the dev fee.

Just use my firmware no dev fee and it does the exact same thing.

Did you not read the thread. They take most of your hashing power and they changed your ssh password.

So the fee is totally out of balance on this firmware. I have been running for 21 hours and these are my results.

748 shares mined to my pools.

1394 shares mined to dev fee pools.

That's more like a 150% fee...

I mean I can manually remove the dev fee pool using the cgminer api and it works fine. But I don't mind the dev fee if its as advertised.

Are there fixes coming for this?

I also cannot get back to stock. Cant even SSH into my miner after I reinstalled the Bitmain Firmware. The standard credentials are root as user and admin as the password. Im getting Access Denied using those credentials.

Dollemizer please advise asap!

Can you come in here? IP_MINER/upgrade.html
If you can try this:
1. https://file.bitmain.com/shop-bitmain/download/s9_fix_upgrade.tar.gz
2. Next upgrade - https://file.bitmain.com/shop-bitmain/download/Antminer-S9-all-201705031838-650M-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz OR THIS https://file.bitmain.com/shop-file-server/firmwares/Antminer%20S9/Firmware/00720170428120943064Xx38xD7Y0683/Antminer-S9-all-201711171757-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz

How do you feel you installed someones firmware that changes the ssh password so it can only mine for them now.

Try to hold down the ip button while powering it on for 5-10 seconds or until it reboots itself while powering on and that should restore factory defaults.

Hi, I have the same problem and tried that, and other 2 methods.

Please try these three methods to reset your machine: https://enforum.bitmain.com/bbs/topics/3957
Then load the firmware from this page: https://shop.bitmain.com/support.htm?pid=00720161126080548570Q2tDBXAH065D

The 4th method would be to flashing from the SD card, but bitmain no longer support it, so there is no instructions to do it to a T9+

There are 3 different ways to reset it the Ip report button, the reset hole and within the software. I did those 3 methods several times, Bitmain does not support reset it from the SD card anymore.

I also tried to install Bitmain's Las firmware and my backp up, but Dollemizer software is still there.

@dodgymon, Our software is not compatible with T9+. We are working on it.

@Evan, We also work to improve the hash rate. We keep the 1,9% fee as standard. Our team is working hard to improve the hash rate.

@rperus, You can switch back to bitmain firmware. There is a reset button. Hold it for 10 seconds. If it won't bring you back to stock firmware you also can hold the button (The one you can check wich IPaddress your antminer has) for 10 seconds.

The cgminer source code (cgminer/bmminer) is GPLv3 licensed which requires you provide the source code upon request.

The GPLv3 states that you need to show us that you run our software and then we can send you the source code. We do not have to make the source code public.
If you would like the source code, send us that you are running our software and share your contact details.

You can just buy a new control board from Bitmain. I am 99% sure you can reload the software from an SD card just like you can if you brick an L3+
I personally just ordered a new control board $60 USD + postage

I just tried a different control board and still the same error

When will the ASICBOOST version be available? We have A LOT of S9's to run your firmware.

We got some T9+ miners in our possession right now and will fix a software version for that miner as well!

Keep updated with our progress and follow us @Twitter: #Dollemizer

very simply you just need to write onto the SD and insert SD into control board, these should help:

How to insert SD card into antminer (this is a D3 same thing)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tbub6Jyx974

installing firmware antminer through SD card
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQhYFrJaq0E

I appreciate your answer, the problem there is no .IMG file for the T9+, or at least I do not know how to create it. Bitmain send this to me:

"Unfortunately, your requested tutorial is not available that flashing by SD card is not supported by Antminer T9+. If the issue is not resolved after attempting the other methods listed, please carefully follow these instructions to create a Repair ticket and ship the whole machine back to us: https://shop.bitmain.com/repairGuide"

Even Though they have have the files to do it (no instructions) in : https://shop.bitmain.com/support.htm?pid=007201604120945219855QObfk20066C

----
My main problem I cant send it to repair cuz I installed Dollemizer and lost the warranty, and it is too expensive to send it (almost as a new T9+)

I do the math and it seems @1.9% I would need to get more hash then this upgrade gives for it to be profitable.
