You forgot to add the 4.5% import cost, but that is still 120 USD rounded up, so yes, 96 EUR is correct. I don't expect to pay much more than that for one coin, seeing that 21% is the highest VAT we have and 4.5% being the average import cost. - The group buy won't happen if not at least 5 coins are ordered.

May I suggest that you place devthedev addy with big red bold letters in OP (before the lame phishing scammer see this thread), and clarify that ALL payment should go to this addy.
That would make it much harder for him to get away with his lame scam.

Yes, the final price includes everything, shipping to me, shipping to you, taxes, import, etc. It will then be split between the participants and once everything is received by devthedev, the payment will be made to Max. Any BTC that is left over (because the package wasn't checked, the BTC value went up, etc) will be evenly distributed between the participants. If I understood you right, with final number of orders we'll know exact price and pay price + import tax to escrow address.
