I have sent everyone a PM about the payment. I would like to add that having all payments before Tuesdays is a must. This way we can pay Kialara on time and he can send them out on Wednesday.

EDIT: I just checked your TX and it looks like a shared wallet. They aren't supported/recommended because you cannot sign a message with them. This might 'cause trouble later on. It isn't a problem right now, because you are the first one, but for the others, please use a wallet that is under your control.

I added the shipping cost for each coin (so if you purchased two, you are charged twice). If the coins stay below 2 kilogram or sending them in a higher scale is cheaper than the price quoted, the leftover BTC will be send back. The quoted BTC is also 1% higher than it should be to have a buffer against price changes, leftovers because of this will also be send back.
 
I know these are a lot of extra costs, but it's better to pay more and get money back than the other way around.

I know, no worries. I use "invoercalculator.nl" to do the calculations for me.

EDIT: I'm now going to calculate final cost for each participant.

Bitcoininformation: don't forget to add the "declaration costs" charged by the company who ships the packet.
Maybe add 2% to the total amount to cover unforseen expenses. You can always distribute the change when everything is paid
