MOSCOW, March 24. /TASS/. A group of observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and Russian journalists have come under fire near the village of Shirokino in eastern Ukraine, the defense ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk republic reported Tuesday.

"When the OSCE joint monitoring mission was moving in the inhabited locality of Shirokino to control the regime of ceasefire, the convoy came under fire from the Ukrainian armed forces," the Donetsk news agency quoted an army spokesman as saying.

"A group of Russian journalists also came under fire," the agency said.

VIENNA, March 24. /TASS/. Drones of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe /OSCE/ registered an episode of shelling of the settlement of Shirokino by Ukrainian troops, according to an SMM daily update for March 23 issued on Tuesday.

"The SMM unarmed/unmanned aerial vehicle [UAV] monitored both sides of the contact line east of Mariupol. At 17:38hrs, in Shirokino the SMM UAV observed outgoing mortar fire from a Ukrainian Armed Forces position," the report says.

KIEV, March 24. /TASS/. The United States is already supplying weapons to the Ukrainian armed forces, the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, has said.

"The United States is already supplying weapons there. For instance, in Debaltsevo we saw US ammunition. That’s a lethal weapon," he told a news briefing. "NATO planes land at the airports of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Kharkiv every day."

Russian lower house State Duma National Liberation Movement leader Evgeny Fedorov believes Washington instituted coup d'etat tactics.

"Let's be honest," he said. "Americans have made the first strike. They began the state coup" against Russia.

Sanctions meant to punish Russia for snatching Crimea from Ukraine one year ago were supposed to hurt Russian business. And they did. Russian stocks, bonds and commodities had the worst performance in 2014 of those in any emerging market.

That was then. Now the picture is changing, with investors starting to favor Russia in 2015. The ruble, which became the world’s most volatile currency last year after President Vladimir Putin’s land grab, is stabilizing. The swings in its value narrowed this year more than any of the other 30 most-traded currencies....

On March 18 the Secretary General of NATO denounced the peace settlement between Russia and Georgia that ended Georgia’s military assault on South Ossetia. The NATO Secretary General said that NATO rejects the settlement because it “hampers ongoing efforts by the international community to strengthen security and stability in the region.” Look closely at this statement. It defines the “international community” as Washington’s NATO puppet states, and it defines strengthening security and stability as removing buffers between Russia and Georgia so that Washington can position military bases in Georgia directly on Russia’s border.

If Saddam Hussein, Gaddafi, Assad, and the Taliban would not fold to Washington’s threats, why do the fools in Washington think Putin, who holds in his hands the largest nuclear arsenal in the world, will fold?

European governments, apparently, are incapable of any thought. Washington has set London and the capitals of every European country, as well as every American city, for destruction by Russian nuclear weapons. The stupid Europeans rush to destroy themselves in service to their Washington master.

Human intelligence has gone missing if after 14 years of US military aggression against eight countries the world does not understand that Washington is lost in arrogance and hubris and imagines itself the ruler of the universe who will tolerate no dissent from its will.

We know that the American, British, and European media are whores well paid to lie for their master. We know that the NATO commander and secretary general, if not the member countries, are lusting for war. We know that the American Dr. Strangeloves in the Pentagon and armaments industry cannot wait to test their ABMs and new weapons systems in which they always place excessive confidence. We know that the prime minister of Britain is a total cipher. But are the chancellor of Germany and the president of France ready for the destruction of their countries and of Europe? If the EU is of such value, why is the very existence of its populations put at risk in order to bow down and accept leadership from an insane Washington whose megalomania will destroy life on earth?

Intel: in two or three weeks Kiev is expected to start a massive new offensive on Donbass. False flags, provocations and terrorist acts to sabotage, or make more difficult, the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory (WWII Victory Day) celebration in Russia on May 9th are also possible. Since Nemtsov murder near Kremlin, Russians are on full alert; therefore, I expect it won’t be possible in Moscow and/or the main Russian cities. But Ukraine and Donbass are a different story.

According to the expert of the Russian Military Sciences Academy Vladimir Prokhvatilov (interview link), confirmed by multiple intelligence sources in Donbass and Ukraine, Kiev is expected to start a new massive offensive on Donbass in order to surround and cut Donetsk off Lugansk, with simultaneous attack on Lugansk. We will recall that a similar recent attempt resulted in the Debaltsevo cauldron, where thousands of Ukrainian troops perished. This time, the result will be the same, but it appears Kiev doesn’t care about the result, it only cares about making the life of the Donbass people as difficult as possible, and about sabotaging Russian holidays.

Kiev has officially broken the Minsk agreements. Instead of pulling its heavy artillery away from the front lines in oder to create a demilitarized zone, Kiev is amassing heavy artillery, tanks and troops.

It is believed that they will attack during the sacred Orthodox Holiday – Pascha (Easter). Previous mass bombings of DNR and LNR, as well as mass attacks by Kiev on both republics, were all scheduled during an important holiday, in order to spoil people’s celebration. This year, Pascha is celebrated on April 12.

Tragedy in Konstantinovka: Today the city of Konstantinovka in Donetsk region, which is presently under the Kiev junta occupation, buried the 8-year-old girl killed three days ago by the Kiev soldiers.

Two drunk Ukraine soldiers driving a heavy armored vehicle “Ural” ran over three people on city sidewalk. A young mother was walking with her two children: 5-month-old baby in a stroller and 8-year-old girl Polina. Polina died on the spot; the mother and the baby were taken to the hospital. Information about their condition is being blocked by Kiev.

On the footage below it is clearly visible that armored vehicle “Ural” ran over two tall posts located on the curb of the road and continued moving through the dirt separator, at least 3-4 meters in width, between the road and sidewalk, slamming into the unsuspecting people who had the misfortune to walk past. Both soldiers were so drunk, they could hardly stand on their feet. The driver, 23 (born 1991), is from Lvov – the city in western Ukraine, which is a hotbed of ukro-nazism. It has been reported that in their drunken stupor they decided to drag race on the busy road full of civilians and located in the city center.

As angry crowd started gathering at the scene, the commander arrived almost immediately and whisked the two drunk soldiers away.

The crowd started throwing rocks at the car as it sped away. Later at night, angry citizens, who were demanding justice, burned tires and set on fire the army barracks, demanding Kiev troops leave the city and calling them occupiers. In response, Kiev gave order to shoot at the crowd and sent 300 ukro-nazis from the ‘right sector,’ who would have no qualms following this order.
