I bought and held ETH plus some other Altcoins and the market was green again. At this point my profits are added to my income. Selling panic will lost you money.
I could not wait for the growth of the market and had to sell my altcoins with losses, but this is not a reason to get upset, I am sure that in December there will be growth and we will cover losses.
Personally, I don't perceive those folks that very panic and sell everything they need. Why would you are doing that? it'll pick up sooner or later. the most issue to be ready to wait. however still everybody acts as he sees work and it's their legitimate right. if you did panic sell now you will regret that next month, i think now is the best time to hold and buy more, then enjoy the profit later on next month or at least at the end of this year.
Next month, the market will not necessarily recover. The holder is long term not 1 month or 2 months because usually the development itself will be felt after 6 months to 3 years I've been selling and rebalancing my portfolio bc I don't see any bullish sentiment coming til 2019. Don't know if that's "panicking".
That is one trading strategy, and that is if I am forced to want to cut losses, then I bought at a lower price than I sold and hope price will rise again, whether it's next month or next year. And must be patient with the current market conditions, if impatient, the assets will be destroyed. 
actually if you look closely at the market every day, there is always a movement there. 2 weeks ago the market was green and then red again. but the positive side is, there are still many opportunities for the market for all crypto to go back green. rest assured and don't panic sell, there is always a movement on the market.
