I think yes but nevertheless everyone has his own opinion and you should inspect it for yourself to get the impersonal result

Remember to test what your hash rate is like on every pool as there will be differences.

For example, if a coin has buy orders at 1 satoshi, on a regular exchange, it would have sell orders at 2 satoshi. There is a 100% increase in price between the buy orders and sell orders. This gap cannot be closed, thus, trading slows or even halts. On subtoshi, you can place buy and sell orders at prices such as 1.3 satoshi or 1.76 satoshi. This closes the gap, and allows trade volume to increase.
