That requirement is only for DT1. Anyone listed in this topic without "DT1" is on DT2. I've updated the topic title to make this more clear.

He's on DT2 with strength 0 (2 inclusions and 2 exclusions from DT1).

Lutpint was showered with Merit when it was introduced, because he received 500 airdropped Merit and was close to Legendary Rank. Shortly after, theymos increased the airdropped Merit for users like him from 500 to 1000.

This would fit in a topic in Meta, not here. But I don't expect any of this to change. How am I going to get rid of 850 source sMerit per month if I can only send 2 at a time?

Lutpin only trusts six users so he's disqualified from DT duties (min ten) if I'm not mistaken?  He also received negative for the multiple occasions of not paying out SigCamp participants for up to ten weeks at a time.  Other Campaign Managers have been totally dragged through the mud so Lutpin has gotten off lightly with just one slap on the wrist.

CryptoImperator hasn't even got a single user on their default trust list, so again they aren't in the race. 

Their two negative trust feedbacks are for manipulating prices, but given both are top 100 most trusted - and both have received obscene merit showers from other users (as well as they seem to be receiving glowing trust feedbacks for selling trinkets) so you probably won't get anyone to sway their opinion on those two.

My suggestion to @theymos would be any merits given prior to now be adjusted:

• 11 - 50 merits given be adjusted to just two merits
• ten or less merits be adjusted to just just one merit.

Moving forward no more than two merits can be given by one user to another user for one post (and a 24 hour (could be longer) time frame for giving the recipients any further merits).

To save headaches concerning fifty merits becoming just two and the twenty-five merits that could be given out no-longer existing, all merits given stand, just dialled down to either one or two merits.

Merit fonts would have to earn their keep and actually actively search out meritorious posts, or not give merits out at all.  Flattening the curve of obscene numbers of merits given out would quash the brazenness of those who are bumping up their gang members.

My exclusion is nothing personal, and I don't do it often. You've improved your Trust list and sent feedback a lot, taking away most of the reasons behind my exclusion. Thanks for that. I'll see how this develops for a few weeks, after that I'll consider removing the exclusion.

You should really read LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system (or Yeni Başlayanlar İçin ⚡ Trust Sistemi Kullanım Kılavuzu)!
It's totally fine to trust someone's judgement without them trusting your judgement. In fact, it would be very strange to only use mutual trust relations, as your judgement is most likely different than their judgement.

I like to think that trusting someone's judgement while they distrust yours is the most sincere form of Trust. As an example, there are 5 users who trust theymos' judgement, while theymos distrusts them:

There is almost no participation in the system, it is not only locally, but also globally! In the most crowded trust list @ theymos, a total of around 500 members have trusted. Among these, there may be multiple accounts ...The forum has really lost a lot of blood. Many of the real members are fighting each other!

Nor did I ask why you and your gang left me revenge feedback. I asked nothing in that post....

I merely stated that when users of your calibre and those of the same ilk from your local language board that added me to their distrust list (some have been part of a merit abuse and fake trust circle) make it to DT by cheating the system then there is something seriously wrong with the system.

The fact you, Vispilio, Blacknavy and gospodin managed to get anywhere near DT shows the system is broken. As for the many others I have not listed, they too should be nowhere near DT too.
