Yes that's what happened to me and when I asked they told "it's logical that it works that way".
I ended up losing all my balance since it was too late to cancel the bonus only.
I don't think I will get any compensation but at least it's good to warn other people.

How could you lose many LTCs because of the bonus system, can you explain it in more details why the bonus system made you lost? I dont think there will be any refunds for your lost, if you get a refund then all players who lost will ask for refund as well.
They offered to cancel the bonus at any time to unlock your balance. But when you clicked |Cancel Bonus|, they did not only cancel the bonus but your whole balance including deposits and winnings!Quote from: Duckdice bonus terms

They have refunded 2 btc to Ozafejyw782. I would suggest them to refund all people money which have "lost" because of that. Accepted a deposit bonus but it will be forcing poeple to meet the requirement first before we can withdraw our money is really a shady method to earn some money. I will stay away from this shady site and better to playing on other sites which more "trustworthy" I lost a lot of LTC because of it and I have a very simple question: will there be a small refund for us?
