Hi,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

After discussing the matter with my team, we have identified the issue and taken steps to rectify it.

We promptly contacted the provider we work with, Softswiss, to ensure the legitimacy of the bets placed.  This verification usually takes between 1 and 24 hours. Unfortunately, in this instance, our reattempt to process your withdrawal failed unnoticed by all parties involved, including myself.

To make up for the significant delay you have experienced, I have instructed my team to credit your account with a $1000 bonus as a gesture of apology.

Rest assured, we are committed to preventing such incidents in the future.

Our support team has already reached out to you via live chat to confirm the validity of your address. Once you respond and confirm, we will promptly process your withdrawal.

Once again, I deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Best regards,

I can confirm everything said here. I am honestly stunned for the 1000 dollars (that I just withdrew successfully!!!!). I played a 1% house edge game with about 15000 dollars bets and I get 1000 dollars lol.

I am very satisfied with the result. Thank you Duelbits and thank you for the customer agent who said no need to contact support, without whom I wouldn’t have gotten 1000 dollars:)

Playbet.io - Crypto Casino and Sportsbook
Hello,
I withdrew 20,000 usdt after winning in Baccarat on Duelbits (total deposits 12000). I’ve been waiting for more than 24hours and no payment. I’ve never played there before, so those who play there is this a common issue?

I played on Stake, Rollbit, Gamdom, Bitcasino.io, and never had to wait for more than 8hours for a withdrawal (including KYC or not). Just to know what to expect.

Edit 25/07/2023: It’s been 7 days and I still haven’t received any update on my withdrawal. Still in « processing » mode.
I have still not seen such a thing though I have not used more than 11000$. As it is about double of that there might have been scam attempts though I think they are not scammers. I think you should contact them and they will give a good solution. And they may try to check if there is any abuse before processing the payment of you. But really it is a big amount so you should wait for the solution.

you didn't create thread in the scam accusation section and you have to post evidence when you create the thread in the scam accusation section because from what I could see the casino representative here in the forum has always been a person that when he sees some scam accusation against the casino he solves the case, for example the last cases that were created recently in the accusation section against them were solved and they were very high amounts of money which means that they are not scam, they have funds to pay, but it is important that you create thread in the section scam accusation section, because it's a dedicated section for cases like yours

if you just keep posting here without creating a thread in the scam accusation section and you don't post evidence then you won't see your case being resolved, that's because the casino representative has to see evidence to be able to resolve your case, I hope you open a thread here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

follow the proper format:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073

and don't forget to post proofs

Ok thank you for explaining these. By tomorrow if still unresolved I will post evidence in a new thread on the link you provided. Pretty unfortunate to come to this point but I’ll have to do this work.

I changed thread title. As of now it’s been 7 days with no update whatsoever. For me, it’s the second longest ever I had to wait for a withdrawal since 2011, including for non crypto casinos.

Anyone else in this situation? There had been another one who posted here who waited 4 days for his withdrawal before it has been processed.

Among the cases I’ve been referred to there has been one who had to wait 9 days for KYC to be approved, but in my case they haven’t even yet requested that, only that I should wait for them to contact me for an update for my withdrawal. I hope they’re not having serious issues.
However, it would be very beneficial if you had records of your interactions with the site, such as images of any relevant transactions or emails. Your claim will be strengthened, and you'll be able to receive more tailored feedback from others. Keep in touch with their help desk and try not to give up hope in the interim. Its probably only a question of time.

According to the screenshot he provided by the OP in his previous post on this thread, Duelbits already acknowledged his issue and just given him an indefinite time to resolve this withdrawal. I’m not updated on this issue anymore but this kind of case is very tricky since the problem is not determined. Probably his issue is in queue with the devs since support itself can't solve it with their power.

@OP, I suggest to compile all the evidence and updates on the first post of this thread so that your issue will be easy to catch up. Duelbits reps will surely saw this thread once he becomes online.

That must have been incredibly annoying. Your prior experiences with other platforms appear to corroborate my impression that this is unusually protracted for Duelbits withdrawals. You've waited a week, so it seems like patience is the key...

Yes, I have videorecorded everything on my account. Although the process of posting a picture or video here is a bit complicated…I already got help from some who contacted the team, but still no answer.

Your case might be a little different that’s why it taking some time to resolve.
I am not sure that Duelbits official account is very active here. But then I believe in one way or the other, their attention would be drawn to this thread.

I feel your withdrawal has been flagged as the winning amount is big.

Casinos should stop doing this rubbish, that's why the industry needs stricter regulations in all jurisdictions, if done, there will be a maximum time you must payout winnings or face heavy sanctions.
What Pakhitheboss said is just a speculation and shouldn't be held as a statement from Duelbits or her representative.
I also do not think that Casino needs more strick regulations than we see now. What I think is needed is competition and reputation. This is why I'm keen to hearing from Duelbits because they are well established and reputable in this forum.

This is the worst part of it all, why is someone gambling when can't trust the integrity of the casino? When he losses, all the money will be withdrawn easily from his account without any question asked, but when such wins, it would be an issue to get his money, especially when it's big. Betting with $12,000 is not small for a return of $8,000, the guy took a high risk, so he shouldn't again suffer psychological trauma for his winning.

Possibly taking up a legal case seems not too alright in most cases because the casino have nothing to loose  when it gets to that extent as they would delay the case while they are on their business and you will be there paying legal fee while the case is prolonged. Sometimes the attorney might likely compromise and the case becomes messy and you end up spending much which you never bergained for.

I believe OP must have gone through lots in the cause of waiting for this  case but patience I would want him to eschew to a calm resolution.  If it seems the representative is not responding then the campaign manager should be the next option to swing into action to salvage this solution as I believe there would be a resolve if he does.

There used to be a time when Casinos based in Curaçao could virtually do anything. I’ve seen it all since I’ve been gambling online from 2011.

Nowadays it’s less the case since some law firms have had tremendous success suing them. But I don’t think regulation is the answer. The regulator in general is the fat guy who gets paid with not much to offer. More regulation means more costs at the expense of the casino customer.

I have to acknowledge though that at least my withdrawal is still processing and hasn’t been cancelled. To their credit, they’re not playing the dirty trick when a casino starts cancelling withdrawals to push the customer to play more. They’re just stuck at something it seems and can’t figure it out yet. I just hope the process is being honest.

Spreading it on duelbits various support platforms like on their socials can possibly help if you can't manage to have anythings solved here, you can try to contact the signature campaign manager of duelbits since they have a direct access to the duelbits team as other seemed to be doing it if they have a legit concern and just hope that they will respond or help you. Being not able to withdraw for more than 24 hours is a bit concerning and it's not normal especially if you know that you didn't do anything wrong.
Good advice because usually the campaign manager for a gambling site is quite active and can immediately contact the casino or the team if there are some problems.
But it looks like this case has been resolved and of course the Duelbits casino team will also make improvements so that the same problem doesn't happen again in the future.
I am one of the users of Duelbits and so far have not had any problems with withdrawals but I have never made a withdrawal of more than $150.

Hopefully in the future no gamblers will experience the same case.

I think that is not necessary because like what you quoted above , the other player had got His funds now and maybe yours is on the way ,Duelbits will never damage their reputation just because of your withdrawal amount.
just let it have another day since you already contacted the support , or try also to send direct message to the campaign manager as sometimes @Hhampuz is giving his time and effort to make things easy and done for the betterment of the team, the players and also him as manager .
will be waiting for your next post in which you already got your funds and locking this thread very soon.
and also try to wait to Fivestar4everMVP as he is active here in forum constantly.

I'm sure Fivestar4everMVP will respond check the time that he is online and the time you sent the message he might not read the message yet I'm sure Duelbits is aware of the existence of this issue and this will be addressed, all I know is all they have a dedicated team for all concerns and all issues are resolved in a fair manner I don't see your case to be different.
