I think it's true some people said it's worth contacting their CS or making a ticket, if there is no response maybe contact their representative on this forum, go to their thread to complain about your withdrawal process, but as far as I know usually wait until it's true in the process there may be manual checks that they do before processing your withdrawal.

But it's also true, check your email, you might be asked to complete KYC or something else so that there is a process left behind so the withdrawal hasn't been processed, if you have received your payment and they have processed your withdrawal, don't forget to lock this thread so you don't get flooded with unwanted posts. necessary, I hope your withdrawal will be processed immediately and follow the advice of friends here

I contacted support several times, the last time this morning they told me « no update » and « no need to contact them again because they will contact me when they have update », so I won’t contact them again and wait for their email.

They didn’t request KYC. To answer another question above, I withdrew to the same address I deposited from.

Thank you everyone for the testimonies about your experience with Duelbits.

I didn't encounter any issues with them in the past, So it might be something that's bugged in their system leading to this or perhaps a problem with your payment processing. Best to actually just contact them instead. Although judging by the amount of money you're trying to withdraw from them and it having no issues with them since they didn't ask for any KYC or whatever during that period, it might've been something wrong with your bank. It would be equally smart to contact them as well regarding this issue as most often than not they'd have records of every transaction coming in and out of your account regardless of if it went through or not. Update us too if something comes up so issues like these can be raised to the concerning authorities and casinos.

If I have to guess, it must be about first time withdrawal attempt and it is considered as big amount.
As far as I remember, there was similar situation where duelbits players need to wait longer time for their first time withdrawal.
The most important thing is that the live support has already told you to wait, so better for you to wait patiently until you get an update from them.
I know how you feel and I believe most other players will also a bit panic when their withdrawal is not coming after 24 hours.

Even for a first withdrawal and being a huge amount, support should be more clear on the reason of the delay instead telling him to sit down and wait, in my opinion. OP surely would feel less anxious if he was told by the support staff that he withdrawal is being manually checked because the amount and the fact he is quite new in their platform. Anyways, as far as I recall this is a reputable casino, so I hope OP will get his satoshis through.

It sucks when a service freezes a withdrawal, regardless whether has anything to do with crypto/gambling or not.  Sad

As per Duelbit:
Quote
For withdrawals, Duelbits sends them instantly unless they are flagged for manual review by our regulatory requirements. Withdrawals that are flagged for manual review are typically reviewed within 1 hour but may take up to 12 hours.

Did you contact support? If not then contact them to find out why it is taking so much time. I feel your withdrawal has been flagged as the winning amount is big.
Best way indeed is to communicate with their support team regarding this but I expect that he did before creating this post. This might be his frustration toward what happened into his winnings. But as we all know there's a thorough reason for this. My assumptions are wrong receipent address, stuck or traffic on the blockchain or this is just another acuse towards the gambling site. There's no proof in the first place which puts this claim questionable. Withdrawals should be in an instant if nothing wrong would happen. Not to side with the gmbling site but for sure they won't be foolish enough to throw their reputation just for this amount. I hope they'd be herd as well in this instance.

I just think that withdrawing $20k from a site is a warning to the site to check the account first to make sure everything is ok. Moreover, you deposited $ 12k, and your total deposit and withdrawal was very large. So it's normal for Duelbits to check your account first before processing it.

Duelbits allow withdrawal instantly even with higher amount. I think this case is all about OP being new without KYC or due to the transaction being stuck on the blockchain.

On the other post of OP. He mention that even support doesn't know what's the real issue. We don't know of this is the exact reply but most probably the reason is between the KYC or pending transaction.
Customer support said they don’t know why it is being delayed and that they don’t have any timeframe on when this could be resolved.

You should ask the support service for a definite answer or visit ANN and ask a Duelbits representative. We are talking a lot of money, and is your account verified? Perhaps, Duelbits wants to ask you to verify it first, just to be sure.

Hello,
I withdrew 20.000 usdt after winning in Baccarat on Duelbits (total deposits 12000). I’ve been waiting for more than 24hours and no payment. I’ve never played there before, so those who play there is this a common issue?
OP, @pakhitheboss & @FatFork have already given you their draw deadline and next thread (Duelbits) it's up to you whether you want to contact the team duelbits or confirming your problem to their thread, $20k fund for me is big, if you don't break the rules and bet or win instantly, i think you will be ok, surely done well by duelbits team for your withdrawal delayed.

If the chat support on duelbits web doesn't respond well, the next step is you can PM their team here, maybe that's the best solution for you, I hope everything is fine, no problems for your withdrawal on duelbits, after creating this thread.

Contact live support to escalate your pending withdrawal. Sometimes my transaction in there become pending for more than an hour and it resolves only after I report to the live support. Also the support will contact you if you will need KYC which in your case is the most probable scenario since you win huge amount for your first time.

Probably, this is their safety protocol set for new accounts that has huge balance for withdrawal.

Customer support said they don’t know why it is being delayed and that they don’t have any timeframe on when this could be resolved.

What's the status of your withdrawal? Is it still pending or processing with TXID available? What token do you use to withdraw and deposit?

I played on Stake, Rollbit, Gamdom, Bitcasino.io, and never had to wait for more than 8hours for a withdrawal (including KYC or not). Just to know what to expect.
I have made a few deposits and withdrawals recently with Duelbits, but the sums were much lower (100-300 max), and my withdrawal requests never took more than an hour to proceed. However it is logical to assume that with such large amounts they will likely ask you to verify your account to confirm your age and prevent any potential money laundering attempts that's why your request is taking longer.
If you are a legitimate gambler who didn't violate any of the casino rules or live in a restricted county then there is nothing to worry about. In addition to waiting you can contact their live chat support for a faster response regarding your case.

Duelbit is a well-known casino here as they are very much active OP. There have not been any much complaints about the casino lately maybe you should exercise some patience with them. Possibly they might be reviewing your details for further actions based on the amount you have stated here for withdrawal. If you can, as earlier advised by a poster here, do well to check your junk box for possible mail which might likely contain a kyc message for you to carry out or you reach out to their representative here or you make a post on their announcement thread with the link to this thread there so that your case would be attended to urgently.  DUELBIT ANNOUNCEMENT THREAD

With that long of a withdrawal delay, I hope you've contacted support. and don't miss any emails you might get. check all your email folders, most likely you will be asked for KYC with a delay in your withdrawal.
I hope this isn't your first draw at Duelbits. this is not comfortable but I hope you are patient with the reply from support.
I hope there are no problems with your account and money.

I know how you feel but you just have to wait for a reply from the support team. You should also get your KYC stuffs ready because after this much delay,it is possible that they will ask you for KYC. I hope that there wasn't a mistake from your side ? If I may ask is this your first withdrawal on your account with team ? I think there is a problem somewhere. Don't forget to update us if the problem is solved.

The writing style of OP is similar to the accusation created towards Duelbits for 500K usd which was eventually released to the player. I hope he didn’t create an extra account at their website and got caught 😆
This is your secind post, so how did you know this, you check the OP's username to be sure.

I don't play with Duelbits as gambling platform site and not familiar with how much time need for withdrawing fund, seems you tried withdraw huge amount 20.000 usdt and actually some gambling platform need process withdrawing manually. But in few gambling site I try all withdrawing process instant without need waiting until 24 hours. You need contact support and ask about your withdrawing delay, could possibility huge amount withdrawing you need pass KYC on your account.
I don't know what happen with some gambling platform when huge withdrawing fund always need process manually or take time more than 24 hours but not applicable when huge amount deposit will process instant.

I have wagered well over 1x. No I am not playing from a restricted territory.

I just contacted support again and they told me no need to contact them anymore, I just have to wait for their reply. Nobody knows what’s happening.
So far all accusations and issues have been addressed by Duelbits and the amount is five or ten times than yours if they say you need not contact them they are resolving your issue and you will soon receive emails informing you what happen and what you should do, what I like about Duelbits is they are quick to resolve issues, they don't want issues that last for months, they will try to resolve it to preserve their reputation.

I hope everything goes fine with your withdrawal. What I was surprised by is that you did not question them. I mean anyone in your position would ask them why they need to for their reply? What exactly is going around with the withdrawal request? Did you ask them those questions or never ask them such questions? As the amount is big I would have asked those questions. In most cases, if a new user makes big they do all those multiple manual checks to verify if the win was legit.

Since they have contacted you to wait then all you have to do at this moment os to exercise some Patience, at least you're not been snubbed so you should take it as a sign that they are really interested in resolving your issue as soon as possible.

Since they didn't request for KYC that could have taken some time to get verified then it probably will be some technical fault, just wait and see the next response you'll get from the support if it's positive.

I have seen them solve cases in the past for this your own shouldn't be a different case.

This means that your withdrawal process is being reviewed manually or maybe the account is marked and they will conduct an internal investigation so that after that they will reply to you with the reasons explained.
This is clear assumption. If the account is flagged and under investigation by Duelbits, atleast the support should be aware of this and communicate same to Op. In this case they are just keeping Op in the blind.
It is common for support to wait for a response from the security council for these checks, if support has not gotten any response then they will not explain anything.
What I know in the casino is that when there is a complaint to support, then support will send it to the security team after which the security team will convey it again to support and support replies to the email that was complained about.
